Echo filed a lawsuit again Kevin Clifton. In the complaint ( attached ) they claim Clifton working closely with individuals who imported and traffic in Nfusion receivers. They claim he ran a IKS server and was involved with software giving the impression of being maybe a coder.

the file being used is the r3x file that the 'private' paid servers are using
no HD file because the dealers dont have the source code or a working solution to hack

bigtoes you are wrong. it isnt a ps file, and if you actually looked at the file you would see they NEEDED the source code in order to even get this file to work because of the numerous changes between this and the last file. i can also tell you the HD file is being tested and working better than before....so next time learn about what you are spewing before you spew it

it IS the file that was used on private servers
and there isn't any HD file coming from the coders

there was a reason it happened like this. whats a better way to show you have the wrong people or to thumb your nose at DN, then to release a file on the day the so called owners get served.....kinda makes sense to me.

take the hacked bin that one of the PS groups has been using and re-aim it to a different server -- that makes you the "nfusion team"

except -- where is the bin for the HD unit then?
why would you need an extra week to change the IP in the last HD bin to point at the servers?

keep making it up as you go kingfly, there are thousands of gullible free tv'rs that will believe you -- well, maybe for another few days or so.

btw. you claiming that you have a working HD bin (from somewhere other then romcode) sounds just like the crap draaco was spewing forth during the "thephoenix" debacle in May.

actually there was no time frame EVER mentioned for the SD or the HD by anyone that actually knows anything...hence why the SD file appered out of nowhere...but try again
