This does not look to be going very well for him. By the wording it appears the court is not finding him very credible with basically saying he is destroying evidence while making up a story to try to cover for it something the court has rejected.


Sentencing will come next and speculating based on previous contempt of court sentencing he'll probably be sentenced to some jail time.

The news about Blindscan did not come out til 8 or 9 months later. Its true theres no court evidence but would not rule it out with what everything that has happened.
