This case was sealed March 10, 2010 and unsealed on March 24th, 2010 according to the Docket. I think this could be related to some sites that are now redirected to Satscams, DN's proproganda site but not sure.

Its the whole nine yards lawsuit filed Ex Parte meaning the Defendents do not know about itand find out only when there is a knock on their door to execute Civil seizure. It has TRO, ( Temporary Restraining Order ) Preliminary Injunction, and Seizure & Impoundment motions all granted by the court. I have the complaint, Order and some declarations and took some evidence entered. There is a lot more available but what I have taken and attached will give a picture.

Have attached some more court files. These defendents gave themselves up unknowlingly by answering an email from undercover instructing the undercover to send some test device to an address they provided in an email that turned out to be their own address. From there plaintifs were able to indentity them.

so basically they couldnt resist the "free" offer so get hit with a big Stupid tax
I kinda thought it was dumb to have a ticker saying you are testing things in the lab

I really do not know what some people think with making themselves an easy target. Do they think nothing will happen, or they won't get caught, or if they do they will win in court. With the evidence they provided the plaintifs get a court to issue a blind side hit with TRO, Restraining Order, Writ of Seizure that basically makes it a done deal right away. Sure they can fight the case but without being accused of being negative their chances are slim to none.

I think some of these people do not know what legal means are available and probably never knew that Plaintifs can show up at their door escorted by US Marshalls with a court order to seize without them knowing about it.

no but I though they had to tell you they are coming to get you and warn you and tell you that you should stop and then give you as time out, and if they are gonna knock on your door they had to ask your permission first,

hahahahahaha just kidding, but that must be what those people are thinking
