Echo V Blacklist Motion & Rebuttal To Stay Of Proceedings

Blacklist made a motion to stay proceedings citing a criminal investigation against himself and evoking the fifth on discovery requests.


Plaintifs filed their oppostion to it. Both files are posted so you can see arguements for and against. Also have attached a declaration by Gee in support of the plaintifs to not allow the stay.
