I noticed mention in the file posted on the thread above that SuperStar's Uncle and Aunt had a lawsuit served upon them by Dish in Dec, 2009 in New Jersy.


I found the lawsuit and have attached the complaint. It is another server lawsuit. I think by way of speculation of events that Nfusion is seriously crippled and will not return.

This file is a joint discovery plan. The defense says the evidence was stolen. I wonder how that is going to play out.

I wonder what other evidence they have, ie isp server logs etc

I have attached a motion filled by Plaintiffs to compel the Cable company of the defendants to supply some information. Also the order granting it.


These are from Aug 2010 and the last entry on the docket so not sure what's going on in the case. Think it might be on hold and with SuperStar now settled in Canada maybe the settlement included something related to this case. ?
