Looks like the fire went out on Dummies. Drabco attempted to solicit the remain few members out of $50.00 a pop to purchase the site and retain the Dummychat name. Wonder how many bought into that scam before the site went down?

Just goes to show you that it is far better to be open and honest with your customers then to try to keep the wool pulled down over peoples eyes. Notfunction should have know better. I doubt they made enough to cover the legal bills.

I think Rusty was really addressing his feelings about that site not fear mongling per say. I don't know that there is more activity there as far DN watching compared to other sites but I think with the court docs I have seen I wonder what steps might be taken if any to have that site removed. It hasn't been removed yet and it depends on the possible ties it might have with Superstar. Superstar has been found in contempt and not sure if it included the removal of the site of whether it was established if he owns it or who owns it. It differently has made more noticable mention in court docs.

Welcome to the site DraacO. So the domain was handed over as part of a settlement ? if so then what settlement as none of the Nfusion related cases have been settled yet as far as I know. Or was it part of a settlement to avoid a lawsuit. ?

Since you really want to open things up , I'll tell you and the rest of your snitching butt buddies , I was just a member from F2A that was asked to help open and Mod at the new site , I was not in management , was not anything other than a Mod , we were given a set of rules and asked to enforce them just as the Mods at any site are given , if you broke the rules you got disciplined the discipline was given by the Mod and was given to fix the infraction ( Unless it was a multiple returning Idiot , then that was a automatic ban ) , but even though many do not believe it only a couple of people had access to the admin console there and I hate to say it but unlike popular belief , would like you to believe , I was not one of them , I was just the senior Mod as I spent more time posting True FTA advise , helping with setting up receivers and the "Today In History " ( which some days added 8 - 10 post , to my count ) as well as the wrestling reports ( another 10 - 20 ) , jokes ect , yes I got involved when someone would keep returning to the site ( spamming in a way ) making multiple negative posts , everyone got in the act of " Bashing the Basher " ( I started that to try to lighten the mood and let everyone , including the person that was bashing , a chance to blow off some steam ) as we were told ( and Promised ) that there was no truth to the rumors that were being circulated , that things were just as they were when F2A shut down ( which we all know now is not the truth ) , but we were just going by what the people behind the site were relaying to us , we did nothing more than what the staff at any Release site will do when someone comes to the site bashing , cussing and disrupting the site , the staff does what it has to do ( We had no IP banning tools , only admins had access to any IP's , up until the last few months of the site running , then only two staff members were given that option ) , it gets me that all of you act as you do towards us that were staff at DC , but say nothing about an other staff that was the release site for another popular receiver , they pushed that receiver at everyone , called the NF owners Sheep and the "Kool-aid " group , but as soon as the receiver the supported disappeared , they say they never supported the receiver or the group , but they would ban anyone that questioned when the head coder "quit " , or bashed the receiver , even when the importer was busted and the sponsor page changed , the insisted nothing was wrong ( while the servers ran for another 3 months after the importer / distributor was busted ) now they insist they were never the support or main release site ever , and the group is dead , ( Even though it was only the importer/ Distributor that was busted along with the seeders ) and bash anyone that says different ( While they do as a providers informant will do and take screen shots of every post made on the sites they are staff at , as to me the only people that take screen shots to use against others , would be a informant , as no one else has a reason to take and keep posts made by others for any other reason ) , but go ahead and bash me , I really do not care anymore , my conscience is clear , I do not sell FTA equipment , so I have no one ( other than a few clowns ) looking for me , but those pones are the ones that sold receivers and now have other looking for them ( Or like the one that used to go by the Nic of "Omega][ , that wanted to sue everyone because the receiver he bought did not receive every illegal channel , or steven that wanted the staff to make statements against the site and sponsors , that at the time we could not , because at the time we did not know ) as for snakeyes , how many nic's do you have ?? The bottom line is that you were part of a group that outright lied to your followers for financial gain. (Why would you even stick around let alone go to bat for a group of greedy liers) You probably weren't even smart enough to profit from from this situation, and at what point couldn't you see the writing on the wall. Why would any intelligent person even associate with the group to begin with after the Dec 09 events and tarnish your reputation (wether or not you had one before then) for ever.

Poor little Drabco, still living in a fools world. One would think that after a few years the guilt of leading so many astray would have caught up with it, but we see the true depths of deceit still is strong in this one. I think a site that is associated with a supplier will always be bias for the supplier and can not be neutral. Its becoming obvious that DC was put up by the supplier.


Now Dracco knew that and probably used bad judgment in supporting it or supporting some of the un truths or the one way reporting that was perhaps desired versus equal critism but that doesn't mean hes an informant. It would be very unlikely since I do believe he was not connected to the business operations of Nfusion as otherwise he would have been sued. I went to that site and had a conflict but I do remember speaking or trying to speak my mind. However I knew it was going to be a struggle.


You may not like the way you were treated by Dracco but he did not put up the site and probably put himself out there with trying to run the site for other people. Hes here now taking heat and doesn't have to so personally I give him marks for that. I think the majority of the heat or frustration towards the site really should be directed to the people responsible for putting it up meaning SuperStar/Nfusion. When you decide to help out on a site that is supplier motivated you get caught between supporting the site and its intent versus being objective to the members or users of the product from the supplier. Its hard to balance because your bound to piss off one or the other.


The best is not to get involved. In the past I have been an admin or mod on sites but never would do so on a site that is motivated by a supplier. You'll end up being compermised when things go south and they usually happen with a sat piracy related product or service as none last forever. Also I am not in to helping some supplier whos main interest is financial to sell his product. If I am going to do that I'll get paid for it but I am not going to do it with some sat piracy device/service site not just because of the illegality but its doomed for failure eventually. Lets face it over time the provider will probably get the upper hand and then your just stuck perhaps compremising your intergrity while the titantic sinks.


So for me its a mistake to get involved in a site like that and that's why I say a bad judgment call by Draaco who could have been fed Bs lines by the supplier along the way. But hes here when he doesn't have to be and I don't think its right to start labelling him an informant or some other things. I bet perhaps with time that looking back on it he'll maybe regret his decision to be part of the site in the capacity that he did. Now I am not a sympathizer just trying to be objective and call it the way I see it. Draaco no offense I see was a pawn in that site for the people behind it and his mistake was not identifying that. Remember if you get involved with a supplier backed site supporting the site then you can not be not biased and looking back at history with these type of sites it will usually come back to bite you.

2) The mods at DC who had ties to dealers

They can do a raid at anytime but they usually will do it when they think the person(s) will be there or when the business is open which means its usually done during the daytime and usually first thing in the morning because the raid can take hours or a whole day to complete. As far as serving they want to serve also when the person is available and will be at the location.

I am going to summarize what you are saying. I tend to be blunt and to the point, but don't mistake my candor for bashing, I just wish to simplify.

1) You're involvement with the NF camp was zero, You're involvement was solely as a mod at the DC site

2) You were lied to on numerous occasions.

3) You have not stated this, but I assume (and correct me if I am incorrect), you were aware of the unethical practices of the NF gang as far back as the Nova fiasco.

4) You had a symbiotic relationship with the NF gang in which they got sales and income and you enjoyed modding, community and online friends.

5) You stayed after knowing full well what NF was all about for your "friends"



Now here's how I see it;

1) IMHO you probably did stay to chat with friends, but I am sure there was a dose of "mod power trip" in the mix; there always is. But I don't fault you for that, we all have some sense of vanity.

2) Again, IMHO when it came time to choose between the community and vanity, you chose vanity. You let a lot of people down. You essentially put yourself in the same league as the politicians who put their interests over and above the interests of the electorate.

Let just say that Blindscan protected everyone and deleted the database as a precaution as there were some infiltrate as mods that was up to no good.

This site has learned many things over the security issues that were taken for granted before.

Blindscan is doing fine and all of your info including ip addresses and email address were safely removed.

All of the Information you are speaking about is pre Dec 09, its just really hard to understand that you claim to have not known the REAL truth. Well that statement alone shows the level of your intelligence to be VERY low.

Dec 09 Court Docs were released for the world to read. I don't care if it was your best friend (Or Sake) that lead you along to believe that there would be a return of the brand. You would have to be out right BRAIN DEAD not to see what was happening, especially when so called respected mods even told you the Phoenix was a figment of your imagination. Gregory D. Evans Criminal History
On February 4, 2002, Gregory D. Evans was sentenced to 24 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy, wire fraud charges.

After entering a guilty plea, Evans was sentenced to 24 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $9 million in restitution for federal conspiracy and wire fraud against AT&T and MCI. (a) Reverse Split of Common Stock

Our Board of Directors has approved a reverse 1:15 common stock split
effective at the close of business on November 23, 2001. There are currently
222,499,306 pre-reverse split of common stock shares outstanding. After the
reverse split, there will be approximately 14,833,288 new shares of post-reverse
common stock outstanding, and fractional shares will be rounded up after the
reverse split.

(b) New Stock Trading Symbol

We have been informed by the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) of
NASDAQ, that, as a result of the reverse 1:15 split of our common stock, we will
have a new trading symbol beginning at the opening business on Monday, November
26, 2001. Our new stock trading symbol will be CGNK.

(c) Termination of WMD Holding Group, Inc. Stock Purchase Agreement

Effective November 7, 2001, the Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement")
that we had previously entered into with WMD Holding Group, Inc. ("WMD") was
terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. The Agreement had terms and
conditions to closing which did not occur and there was no closing of the
Agreement. We did not issue any of our shares of common stock to WMD's
shareholders, and we did not receive any shares of WMD from its shareholders.
Specifically, we and the WMD shareholders did not execute or deliver a
Registration Rights Agreement, nor did we or WMD tender or deliver shares of
stock to each other, nor did we file a registration statement as required by the
Agreement. The termination of the Agreement was formalized in the Agreement To
Terminate.

AGREEMENT TO TERMINATE
------------------------

This Agreement to Terminate (the "Agreement to Terminate") is made
effective the 7th day of November, 2001, by and among The Cyber Group Network
Corporation, (the "Buyer"), WMD Holding Group, Inc. (the "Company"), and Warren E. Scheibe, Michael J. Donlon, Francis A. Donlan, and Jeffery W. Schiebe
(collectively, the "WMD Shareholders"), all of the above referred to as the
"Parties."

R E C I T A L S:

WHEREAS, the Parties had entered into that certain Stock Purchase dated
July 9, 2001 Agreement (the "Stock Purchase Agreement");

WHEREAS, the Stock Purchase Agreement contemplated conditions to closing;

WHEREAS, the conditions to closing did not occur, and more specifically,
the Parties did not execute or deliver a Registration Rights Agreement, did not
tender or deliver shares of stock to each other, and the Buyer did not file a
registration statement, all as required as a condition to closing of the Stock
Purchase Agreement;

WHEREAS, the Parties did not take any action pursuant to the Stock Purchase
Agreement;

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to terminate the Stock Purchase Agreement; and

WHEREAS, there has been no mingling of operations, assets or liabilities of
the Buyer or the Company since the execution date of the Stock Purchase
Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants and
agreements set forth herein and in reliance upon the representations and
warranties contained herein, the parties hereto covenant and agree as follows:

ARTICLE I
TERMINATION

The Parties hereby mutually terminate the Stock Purchase Agreement and
mutually fully release each other from any obligations or liabilities
thereunder. The purpose of this Agreement to Terminate is to put the Parties in
the same legal and operational condition with respect to each other that they
were in before the Stock Purchase Agreement was signed by them.

I'm not going to name any one here, but IMHO you guys should have played him. I know it feels good to call him a low life piece of shit, but there is very little gain in that. Again IMHO it would be better to find out what he knows; find out who all the players are, find out if they are currently active in another camp etc. A while back Fred Raud showed up at a couple forums; things were getting interesting, people talked about who got the super microscope for Kwak's onion peel etc. It was the after the fact kind of talk/leaks that sometimes shows up in an appeal. I thought I explained it before.
Turdblossom decided to start bringing children into our beef. At first it was slightly amusing...but then after I noticed the sheer amount of time and effort he put into digging up info about two innocent boys I became concerned.
I warned him to stop but he kept on, I guess he had pics of these kids and he enlarged them to read their t shirts, discovered what martial arts school they attended, then he combed the site and started posting info about them, their instructors name, what tournaments they attended....
Basically stuff that had nothing at all to do with whatever petty feud we were involved in.
Again I warned him to stop, he wouldn't.
So I contacted the cyber crimes division of my local RCMP detachment and they looked into it.
The officer I spoke to agreed that it was stalking behavior.
After a day or so he phoned me back and said that because of TB's gathering info over the net is covered under the "investigative necessity of his occupation."
those are his words.

So as you can see, I'm powerless to stop this...either I'll eventually end up in some type of legal situation because of Turd, as of now I'm not sure.
I'll tell you this though...TB has a database of incriminating end-user posts.
That I am 100% certain of, and it may cause a lot of issues with people in our hobby.

You cant talk to a police officer without getting paper work these days, God knows that the paper work is what is slowing down justice on all fronts and not letting the Police to actually get the job done. Let just say that Blindscan protected everyone and deleted the database as a precaution as there were some infiltrate as mods that was up to no good.

This site has learned many things over the security issues that were taken for granted before.

Blindscan is doing fine and all of your info including ip addresses and email address were safely removed.

Well no one works for me and certainly hope no one feels they do. They can say exactly what they want not what I want as I don't want anything that I can think of only to watch for crossing the line with racial slurs or family attacks or threats and to watch for threads in the wrong forum etc. There is no association with any manufacturer to promote any products so it eliminates being biased even if your gut feeling as you put it feels differently.

Broomer first and formost unlike you I do not work for any provider or any entity related to law enforcement , so you need to ask your bosses about that and quit making assumptions , as for why I chose now to post , I had said I would post after visiting the clown above and as I had already had guesses the outcome was as I suspected it would be , him crying and hiding while calling the local authorities ( which of course he will deny ) , as for my post to jammer , its intent was in the course of banning people , as a mod at a site , there are times when a person makes posts that are against the rules laid out by the owners , while you may agree that the information in the post needs to be allowed so all the members can read it , it is still your duty to remove said posts and the party that posted it , this also goes for banning persons that you really do not want to ban , but due to the infraction you have no other choice , ( you would be surprised how many times I had to ban people then would locate them at other sites and ask them to rejoin using different Nics , then protect them as much as possible fro m the rest of the staff ( which many of the other staff members did also ) some of those I felt should have not been banned were jammer , homesplice and Alex , but since I was not in control , there was not much I could do , especially after one returned and made disparaging posts about being banned , ( if they had waited the ban would have been lifted as soon as I was able to get a legal forum added to the site ) but oh well its all water under the bridge now , and really no matter what I say you guys will twist it to say something other than what it was meant to say , anyways , jammer keep up the good work , its a shame this hobby has come to the point where you can't trust anyone anymore , as the almighty $$$ is now what decides just who is who , and what side of the fence they stand on



I have no rules here. Just ask people to use common sense. Although its not a busy site like a FTA site it has worked out so far. When you have too many rules and a lot of staff then it can lead to different staff applying different standards and interpretations of the rules. Some sites do have power tripping mods. If you were the main staff there making the most decisions then you can put yourself in an unfavorable position versus staff who sit back and let someone else do it.

He made an error in judgement. He put himself on a site in a position where he could not be nuetral.Those type of sites are really geared up for commercial interests to help promote the products. When things are good then there are not problems but when things go south then your caught between being loyal to the site and its interests or being honest to members and customers who bought the products and are unhappy. With the current situation those sites are a thing of the past but if there is ever a break on Nag 3 they will spring up again. Then if you decide to be staff at one of those sites you should know your going to put yourself in a position because as much as some people don't like what I am going to say the site will most likely head into the same direction because with time even if years the provider usually gets the upper hand.

If things be taken as they were it was a couple of the staff that did not want any legal documents posted , this started when the Documents first started being released about F2A , as they were ex-staff there and thought they may be mentioned in some way ( just as I was mentioned in one by digital , which was only because of his statement that followed about the F2A database , even though it did not pertain to me ) , it was shortly after that , that I fought with them and the admin to have a legal forum added to the site , as I agree with you here , those documents as well as any others that followed did need to be posted for the public and to see and read , this you did not know as it went on in the back staff area's
You all really make me laugh when you say you can not quit or be fired from a position you are not being paid for , a volunteer can be fired as well as anyone , and again I only returned because of the demands and requests from the members , as by that time any loyalty to the assclowns running things was non-existent and we were telling people to move on

Well, there sure seems to b a lot of back and forth with Draaco here. And there's a lot of questions about why people were lied to etc. Well let me speak to some personal experiences. I am older and have run in many social circles. Here's what I've seen;

Yacht Club and Country Club; Very professionally run. Members are bankers, lawyers and doctors. And when its time to elect new officers, nobody wants to run! Time is a priceless commodity to these people and they valve it dearly, so holding office is something done out of duty; and once someone serves 1 term, they get to retire as it were.

Veterans Clubs and other small private clubs; not professionally run. Everybody want to be president, commodore or whatever. Those who run and are elected tend to bully other members; asking them to show ID and other BS. And every time I see this, those "officers" are total losers in real life. They are a collection of janitors, landscapers, cab drivers, and bag boys. They serve in office to get the respect they have never received in the real world. It a total ego trip thing. And what really amazes is how these people, who have been disrespected their whole lives, are so quick to disrespect others once in power. Yup these guys are total losers.

Well, if you haven't guess it by now, I will now turn my attention to site mods. They fall into both of the above categories, there are winners and their are losers. A winner is the guy who doesn't need to be a mod, does it for a hobby, and will quit instantly if he feels he is being asked to be unscrupulous

The Losers do it because they think it makes them a big man. Its all about ego. And somehow they think that by banning people, disrespecting people, and being a total ass, that gives them credibility. I submit, the opposite is true. These guys will do anything to hold on to their treasured mod title. If the boss says lie, they lie. If the boss says to delete posts, they delete. And at the end of the day, they are just tools for the "box & dongle" salesmen.

Having said all of the above, I will stop short of calling anybody out, or calling them a loser. But, I don't need to; there some pretty smart folks out there. And most of us see right through the BS

A box that started out from slolen CS 6100's , did IKS and a box that also had seeders busted and where Hedo , Just Angel and a bunch of the other mods said don't worry about it . In fact there was an HD unit coming out . Yes one came out and hundreds were sold, yet as far as I heard no one even got to use them for a day.

Two major differences

Let's all chill obviously KBox is NOT being affected by this.

There are two major differences between this and the nFusion cases.

Firstly, Kbox, (the manufacturer) has ALWAYS denied ANY connection with coders, servers, IKS/ICS, etc, where as nFusion openly boasted that THEY controlled the servers. From the docs posted it "appears" that DN got not only a seeder, but also the server.

Secondly, nFusion was/has been down since their case was filed and the servers grabbed. KBox IS currently up, albeit on limited channels. Some have known that "a" card was identified by DN in Dec and that caused some downtime. It is obvious with their return their servers were never involved and are at this moment still operating.

For those who feel this is a "Scam" to close up shop by KBox then WHY would have the manufacturer just THIS week, announced the introduction of their NEW HD unit??? Now that doesn't sound like a company that is closing up shop and going home. If this lawsuit named the coders THEN there "MAY" be an issue but given he posted here this week, it is obvious he and his team are fine. I doubt DN would permit him to continue to post...LOL

The KBox coder has made an announcement about a new file this coming week so let's see if that materializes. Unfortunately, SOME will nto be her to post their apology.

A box that started out from slolen CS 6100's , did IKS and a box that also had seeders busted and where Hedo , Just Angel and a bunch of the other mods said don't worry about it . In fact there was an HD unit coming out . Yes one came out and hundreds were sold, yet as far as I heard no one even got to use them for a day.

This was around the same time that you were all running over to Dummy and back here and raising hell , yet not a peep out of any of you about Kbox , here and at Rookies . Why weren't you guys running over to Rookies and raising hell with Hedo , Just Angel and crew ????

Two major differences

Let's all chill obviously KBox is NOT being affected by this.

There are two major differences between this and the nFusion cases.

Firstly, Kbox, (the manufacturer) has ALWAYS denied ANY connection with coders, servers, IKS/ICS, etc, where as nFusion openly boasted that THEY controlled the servers. From the docs posted it "appears" that DN got not only a seeder, but also the server.

Secondly, nFusion was/has been down since their case was filed and the servers grabbed. KBox IS currently up, albeit on limited channels. Some have known that "a" card was identified by DN in Dec and that caused some downtime. It is obvious with their return their servers were never involved and are at this moment still operating.

For those who feel this is a "Scam" to close up shop by KBox then WHY would have the manufacturer just THIS week, announced the introduction of their NEW HD unit??? Now that doesn't sound like a company that is closing up shop and going home. If this lawsuit named the coders THEN there "MAY" be an issue but given he posted here this week, it is obvious he and his team are fine. I doubt DN would permit him to continue to post...LOL

The KBox coder has made an announcement about a new file this coming week so let's see if that materializes. Unfortunately, SOME will nto be her to post their apology.

After reading it, I feel you should have started a new thread (In the appropriate forum) with your thoughts on the Kbox schmozzerl and state of affairs.

There is little value in a some what good post being thrown into a Thread that's topic is "All About Dracco!"

In future could you please start a new thread and lets PLEASE stay on the topic at hand.

As you have seen there have been moderators added and we hope to get things in to a a somewhat organized "State of Confusion" This process will hopefully keep threads on topic and the flow going.

I don't think that's much to ask being that the site PROBABLY has the oldest most rounded users of any Sat related site on the web! Its really not rocket science IMO!
