Found this small doc on the case about sealing an expert report which was granted. It looks like there is an argument to be decided at a later date to determine whether the Nfusion receiver is designed for piracy or not.

this one is to supress the report that provides the technical data DN uses to convince the judge that the primary purpose of the STB is to steal encrypted sat signals

probably the more telling DOC is the PDF for a 2nd Anton Pillar against DIGITAL STORE -- which also tries to claim that RAVINDRANAUGH RAMKISSOON is both DIGITAL and SuperStar

The complaint by DN is that Digital circumvented the 1st Anton Pillar that was issued in late March, 2009 by hiding from service and deleting all files on his laptop before turning it in on April 1. They claim that not only did Digital delete the information, he has continued to be involved in piracy, yadda yadda yadda

All I can say is that I am very familiar with CANLII (database for all Canadian Legal Precident) as I spent several years involved in a Family law matter and all I can say is that it is huge and how would someone find something like that unless they knew where and what to look. Makes me go hmmmm!!!

I will say this , On Dec 18th 4 Mods came on a certain time they had decided off site , and posted that they were quitting , Publicly , 2 other quit not knowing what was going on , and thought it had something to do with another matter , these 4 later said they heard the site had been taken over , it appears they may have had prior knowledge of this Anton Pilar , how I can not say , but it does appear that Nfusion, and dummychat has been attacked from the inside , until we can find out just what has happened , I would advise all members to leave the site , for your own safety

question: Everyone else is getting busted why is ratso Jasprit and his dad not? after all thier partner Ratso David Fuss was busted.

These guys are not playing it cool, they arrived in BC in a Dodge car and within 1 years time, had purchased brand new the top of the line porshce 911 carrerra, top of the line BMW 7 series and Top of the line mercedes (one for each mom dad and son) and a brand new mansion. So it's not like they are hiding their illegal gains. Further they had robbed thier own store 2 years ago to get rid of their non selling clone cell phones and pansat/viewsat fta receivers tgat where unsellable at the time (a $60,000 insurance claim) after which Jasprit went to eastern canada and got is 300 pound overweight frame lipo suctioned the next day as he was scared shitless that he might have been caught on tape, committing his own robbery. A good friend even observed Jasprit loading bin files at his store. apparently a east indian came in and said "this box not working, bin file dead" Jasprit took the box, loaded the file and send the guy on his way said " it will work now"

this info is not new it's all out there already if you search hard enough and known to dozens of people.
