Is there any news yet as to the outcome of the judge's decision in the Viewsat/Jung Kwak case that was to be held yesterday the 22nd of Jan. It will be interesting to see the fine and sentencing that the judge will decide. Echo and Dish have been pursuing some hefty judgments Appreciate the update.

There was never any sentencing decision to come on Jan 22nd from the Judge. Someone posted that in error and others copied it. They are going through pre sentence reports. Kwak has filled an objection to his pre sentence investigation report on Dec 31, 2009. The plea agreement not approved yet was talking about around 18 months for Kwak.

On Jan 22 there are two docket entries with docs posted however I or others do not have permission to view them. I don't expect a decision to come for a few months. The docket entries are below. They are Sentencing sumarry charts filled by the Government and the one on Kwak has Victim Impact Letter which I suspect is from the plaintiff.

Apprecite the info. Like you said , the situation was misrepresented in other posts and copied. I am aprrecitiative of all your efforts. You do one hell of ajob maintaining the site.
