Echo file a motion to submit a new admended complaint to add the owner of Panarex to the lawsuit to be sued personally. The alleged he fraudulently transfered large sums of monies from Panrarex to himself to making the company insolvent to avoid a financial judgment to be paid. The court granted the motion. This is the same thing that happened to the owner of Coolsat that led to the settlement and conclusion of that lawsuit eventually.
I feel this could happen in the Panarex lawsuit as now they can go after the owner with no protection from the corporate umbella. The owner will have to look at settling with an amount or losing with a judgment with another amount. Settling would provide the lessor amount. The other option is to go to trial and hope to win. Not very doable in my opinion.
