The case is over. Blindscan and his wife entered into a private settlement that included a 2.5 Million Judgment.

I guess the final order explains why DummyChat is down.

At the moment both sites are up but they have been up and down on and off for the last little while. At least they have been for me.

Whether or not it is an indication of anything or not I cant say.

Can't say its related as theres nothing in the order about DummyChat and think if that site was connected to Teckno directly it would have been offline before like the other site that he ran. There could be something happening with Nfusion though with them not up and running with their system for awhile now. Legally I don't think its a question of if but more when.

According to the order and settlement, everything associated with Smith's FTA business has been turned over to the plaintiffs which would include Smith's websites, the former f2atv, newly named newf2atv, of which newf2atv shares the same address as dummychat.com. That would mean that dummychat is now owned by the plaintiffs. Dummychat can be entered through newf2atv address which means dummychat and newf2atv are the same. If Smith was in anyway associated with it, the plaintiffs now operate it. Read Gee's Affidavit where he attached the dummychat message stating that Smith was destroying IP addresses. Smith couldn't have been destroying IP addresses if he wasn't an authority within dummychat. If anyone wants to communicate with the plaintiffs' investigators, communicate with them on dummychat.

Obvioulsy the plaintiffs have control of dummychat. If dummychat is up, the plaintiffs haven't finished fishing for information. The courts have been closed for the holidays so look for a flurry of new suits to be filed in January. I bet there are numerous suits that are still sealed that will be made public soon. A suit that is sealed is unknown to the public but it is known to the defendants. There are likely plenty of defendants in suits unknown to us who are now cooperating.

Smith had been cooperating for months before the suit was made public. The proposed settlement agreement was dated April 2009.

I would think any and all FTA sites are suspect right now and I would be very wary about anything posted publicly or written in PMs. Don't incriminate yourselves folks.

f2atv went offline in March, 2009 when he was sued. I don't know when Koreanf2a.tv went offline. ? For that reason I don't know if DummyChat was determined to be his as it only mentions those two sites in the court docs. It could be related but I don't know.
