But where will the poor, hopeless bastards that are hung on NF being the bestest bestest bestest ever box post their "I think it's today everyone, I feel it..it just feels like the day when TV is coming back.."

I wonder how many of them got on Dc last night and said "I bet NF is waitin until the new year starts in US to switch IKS back on, and when we hit the new year, TV will be back.."

I can only imagine how many of the ignorant fools stayed up till midnight staring blankly into a black screen in hopes that something would appear...just to be discouraged yet again.

It sounds really mean to call them dumbasses and poor bastards, but for fucks sake..they just don't get it. NF screwed HOW many thousand with the Nova bullshit..then they added their "chip"..and said "think of it as investing..blah blah blah"...ok. Folks invested..bought more boxes from the crooks. Then, this shit happens..and instead of taking an honesty approach and saying "look, we got legal problems..we have been issued a cease and desist order by DN/Echo and cannot bring IKS back."

They just keep providing these bullshit, waste of fuckin space - updates. That's ALL they are, and nobody is smart enough to say "hey, I think something is waaaay wrong here with this picture." They all just wait on SS to make his entrance on DC..blow some more smoke up their asses, and he's on his way laughing like hell the whole time at the dumbasses who actually believed him/(her)...
Some levels of stupid, you just can't fix, and that one is past hopes for the best psychiatrists..even Dr. Phil cant do shit with them. No amount of lies coming from NF camp are deemed lies, but anytime someone in the community tries to say "Hey, look at this shit for what it's worth..you know as well as I do that NF has a major problem and is hiding from the public..they are NOT coming back and dealers are just trying to pawn boxes off now."

Blah..I've done quit reading the shit elsewhere..it's just pointless to read it because it's the same crock over and over. You say "NF is gone" and some lover of the box comes back with "no!!!!SS said it IS NOT dead. NF WILL BE BACK JUST WAIT!!"

All Nfusion sites are getting touchy. Remember when all the mods said NF was down for maintenance? Why does everyone think the mods are privy to inside information? They don't know anymore about what's going on with FTA than anyone else.

I was made a reader at http://www.nfusionforum.com/forum/ because I pointed out that the hamburger counter jockey from FreeSatFix who tried to take credit for a stolen and badly written opinion about the status of Nfusion, was wrong. Or maybe because I accidentally listed a site name that I thought I coded but one of the few readers who didn't owe points on an I.Q. test was able to figure it out. I wasn't notified about why I am a reader, I just am one.

First whoever wrote the piece never took Economics 101. He doesn't know what Economics is. He thinks Business 101 is Economics. Secondly, he can't write worth spit, revealing a lack of education.

Then I made the big booboo of disagreeing with the premise that Nfusion makes a lot of money. I asked how Nfusion is listed on the Seoul stock exchange and what are its profits. GM sells millions of dollars worth of vehicles but it's still bankrupt. It kills me that everyone assumes that Nfusion is making tons of money so therefore it won't let all its customers down. How does everyone know how much Nfusion makes in profits? They don't know. They are assuming and guessing.

If Nfusion was making that much in profits, I think it would be up and running by now because it would have the deep pockets to reinstall everything. Obviously Nfusion was operating its IKS on a shoestring and sharing with public Slinger. Neither have the resources to get up and running again.

Go read the "Economist's" take on Nfusion. I think I like the, "down for maintenance," story better. Do not point out the pure BS of any post even when you know it is written by a fool because the other fools like to have false hope and you will be banned or made into a reader. These sites do like, nor dabble, in truths.

Nfusion is down now and for the second time in the last 3 or 4 days. I posted a possible fix for their stb's, but they wouldn't post it because the site doesn't talk about such things. Getting touchy is putting it mildly.

If these mods are leaving because they have concern then I don't think they should receive any flak. There is nothing wrong in trying to reduce risk by leaving if they feel that way.

If its related to seeing the court docs on Blindscan then that shows why docs should not be censored because when you do you are inflinging on people who should know who might feel they are too close but would not know if they don't see the information. Its public so they will eventually read it somewhere else and then question why they did have to read it somewhere else. Sites go into damage control when not allowing the information to be posted but then they are only thinking about their interests and not others.

We have heard the rumors before way back when some of us were doing the D**E thing and some might have been true and some not.
Other sites that have closed doors changed hands and reopened under different management were said to be run by the providers.(might have been)
Dummy might be but people are still going to go there no matter what writing is on the wall for all to see and post and not believe that the providers would take over a site to gather info.

I haven't read the freetech suit in awhile, so to save me time, can you point out where Smith was included in the freetech suit? I don't recall it.

The initial settlement agreement offer was dated April 2009. Where did you find an earlier settlement agreement? Under federal rules the parties are required to try to reach a settlement. It's not an option. Please read the federal rules and not guess at what the law or court rules dictate.

I think you do not understand the timeline, but let's say you are right that the Smith suit was earlier than when it states that it was filed in March. You say you don't think Smith would have started DC earlier. I bet Smith would start any website the plaintiffs told him to start to get the heat off him. Do you really think people who go to FTA forums are so important to Smith that he would tell the plaintiffs, "No, I refuse to endanger any of these wonderful people and I will not cooperate?"

If you think Dummy Chat, f2atv and newf2atv are not one and the same even though they all share the exact same IP address, but you persist in the idea that dummy is a separate entity, what can I say? It's like trying to explain to the rabid SS followers that SS is not who he/she says he/she is. There are the hard facts such as an IP address owned by the same entities and then there is beliefs. I'm not in the believer category.

I reread some of the Freetech documents and Smith was named as a person who distributed files to various sites. Smith was not a defendant under court orders to refrain from anything.

I have always thought SS was at the top of Dummy. He works for DN and DN runs Dummy. If you think that's a good thing, that SS is at the top of a website that is run by a provider, great. I don't see why you think that is beneficial. You write giving the impression that a website like Dummy is some sort of Fortune 500 company instead of a handful of people, mostly volunteers, working out of their homes running a site that with any luck makes a few thousand a year.

The price of admission is nothing, so you are saying the entertainment is nothing? If one enjoys some kid with an avatar like Dracco trying to be a scary grown-up, yeah, I guess it's really cool. I have noticed that it's easy to tell who are the skinny, pimply faced, creepy kids, and even easy to know about some adults by the avatars they choose. The creeps pick almost porno or threatening ones and the normals pick nonthreatening, non-insulting, non-vulgar ones. I guess the normals don't feel a need to hide who they are or make up for a lack of personal appearance and hygiene. Anyone can tell Dracco has some serious and unfortunately insurmountable, ego issues.

the websites listed do not include newf2atv (and there is no reference to DC)
newf2atv and DC share IP
show where f2atv and/or koreanf2atv ever had the same IP as newf2atv/DC

I didn't compare or leave the impression that DC is run like a business, let alone a fortune 500 company; that is simply your skew bleeding thru. I comment the opposite. I find the site to be entertaining. Not as entertaining as CCc used to be, but on the same level as fake card coders and rom10x. Think of how boring HashHU would of been without LUNAtic running around.

When you get your head outta the sand and peel off the horse blinders you'll see I haven't defended anything over there, but I have looked at the information that has oozed out of multiple sources/posts/forums/legal docs and come to an opinion regarding that site (and many others).

btw I am not an Nfusion owner or an SS fanboi. I began visiting that site because I was interested in gaining some added perspective on IKS.

oh well, another dozen or so forums to visit just to enjoy the whining and rumors.

Let just say that Blindscan protected everyone and deleted the database as a precaution as there were some infiltrate as mods that was up to no good.
This site has learned many things over the security issues that were taken for granted before.
Blindscan is doing fine and all of your info including ip addresses and email address were safely removed.
I see a lot of people that just jump to a conclusion and was upset about what happen to the site but it was done in your best interest.
Which ever site you choose to go to, it would be best to worry most on where it is hosted and who has access to your ip address.
I really don't understand why a forum would be hosted in the USA hut there are some that are and this is must of a bigger security risk than any toolbar would be.

unlike some I am capable of not jumping to a conclusion (note: conclusion) until i see something factual that supports it. my opinion is that Smith took down f2atv to destroy the dB and that someone else in his group opened newf2atv (and then added the DC domain to the dns)

Go read a copy of the original message written by Digital from dummychat assuring people that Smith was destroying IP addresses, members' names. etc. If Smith wasn't associated with dummychat how did he have access to this information and why was dummychat thanking him? "Title" "old f2atv ticker" sent by dummychat. I think that is a direct link between dummychat and f2atv.

Again, read every chance you get the f2atv part in the title of the memo. Maybe the association will stick. Now, today, newf2atv takes one to dummychat when previously the f2atv address would take people to dummychat.

Almost immediately after the Echostar/Smith documents were unsealed, Nfusion went down. Dummychat went down and dummychat's reason was that it didn't pay a server bill. DC came back without the f2atv link and with the newf2atv link.

Newf2atv became a live link to dummychat. Yes, I know the names are so different that it's hard to recognize a link between them, but if you remove the word "new" from the f2atv part of the addresses, they look exactly the same. Funny how the word "new" disguises it for you.

My God, how clear does it need to be or is it that you are incapable of being able to think at all? I.Q. is the ability to think, to reason, to observe. I.Q. is deductive reasoning. Don't embarrass yourself and show everyone publicly that you would owe points at the end of an I.Q. test.

I already commented that newf2atv and DC share the same dns/IP -- but nothing you have posted has shown that it was also the same server that hosted f2atv

maybe an example will make it easier for you to grasp.

joe decides he knows enough about the business to strike out on his own, rather then work for someone else. so he opens newwickets inc

from newwickets, joe assures old customers that bill has retired, and that he is here now to service their needs.

does that mean bill owns newwickets?

just like absolutely nothing you've shown has provided that irrefutable link of smith from f2atv to either newf2atv or DC

Read the memo written by Digital about Smith from dummychat that cites f2atv. It was enough proof for a federal court. It might not be for you, but you obviously still think the Earth is flat and on the back of a turtle.

you havent provided ANYTHING from federal court that even mentions newf2atc or DC. the statement by JJ was about f2atv, and was being used to support the TRO and JJ's assertion that smith would destroy records. highlight the part in the court docs where DC or newf2atv are part of the smith order, or where DN claims they are under the control of smith or part of smith's holdings. you cant.

I found an interesting post written by a mod on a well known FTA site and the mod thinks that SS is Selma Smith. I usually referred to SS as he/she because I suspected that SS is female due to SS's constant fear of being bashed on other sites. Men might not enjoy being bashed but they are never as openly sensitive or sensitive at all to it as a woman would/could be. I wish I knew what the information was that was sent to the other member.

You know Selma Smith could be Bigtoes. That could explain the juvenile adjectives and the lack of intelligent argument. No normal adult uses a word like "spastic." Only a kid or some redneck would.

I know you got my Pm's also..what do you make of that..and the information in those?

Dummychat and f2atv had the exact IP address. F2atv was started by Smith. The dummychat message states that Smith was destroying members' IP addresses and the "Title" is "old f2atv ticker...."

JJs sworn statement was that he was convinced that Smith would destroy evidence. His paste of Digitals post was to show the judge that someone involved in piracy was stating that Smith was, in fact, destroying evidence.
**NONE** of that shows the site was the same IP or run by the same people.
JJ obviously didn't think (or couldn't prove) that Smith was involved in DC at that time, or he would of presented it as another site Smith owned.

people couldnt reach DC or newf2atv from the old IP. you can visit dozens of forums where people were looking for f2atv. and had to be given the new forum address.

they aren't and you are just making up stories. newf2atv and DC are certainly related. you can not show that f2atv and newf2atv are related.

pam: you keep posting that forum post at the end of the gee doc as proof, but it does not in any way prove that dc and the old f2atv were one and the same. the title "old f2atv ticker" was/is the title of a thread at dc, talking about the toolbar(the ticker) from the old f2atv site. the link is still active, you can read through the thread to gain a little more perspective. the address listed is just that, the address were this post was made. the only reason that post is printed in the doc is to verify the claim that smith was attempting to destroy evidence.

if the original f2atv.com address did actually resolve the same ip as dc then all the old f2atv members would have found dc no problem, but they didn't. people were lost and took a long time to find dc.

i use the same name on every website i visit. our little argument was not long lived, and some parts were deleted by an admin. but recheck fta forums, it might jog your memory.

you do not seem to practice what you preach, everywhere you go you state your opinions as fact. that, if anything else, is what bothers me the most. you do not present your ideas as theories open for debate, you hold steadfast to them and call anyone who disagrees with you inexperienced, unintelligent, naive, etc. just as you have done again with this post, you always come back ready with some kind of "holier than thou" insult to the other persons intelligence. from where i stand, it does not look like you handle being wrong well at all.

i have taken the time to do a little research on the history of both the dummychat and f2atv domain names. the following is a screen capture of those histories:

as you can see, they have never shared the same IP. i have looked deeper as well, and they do not share anything in common. different registration info, different hosting companies, everything. the ONLY thing they have in common is they were both hosted in hong kong. i did not bother posting the history of newf2atv.com since we already agree that one IS the same as dummychat. you can verify this if you would like at http://www.domaintools.com/ , it is a pay service but there is a free trial.

now, i am not saying there is no correlation between the two. obviously dc was started up right after f2a closed it's doors. does that mean it was done by mr smith? no, not by a long shot. he would have been downright stupid to buy and register a new domain and start up a new forum right after his was seized. what i do see is someone else decided to start something new up for the old members of f2a to go to, nothing else.

even without all this, the notion that dc has been taken over by dn is ludicrous. dn or nagra are not the CIA, they do not infiltrate websites and operate them as if everything is normal. when f2a was seized it went down, and that was it. when satscams was taken over it went down, then came back up but it was obviously under dn control as it was reinvented as an anti-piracy site. if dc ever got taken over it would just disappear, or be replaced by some big anti-piracy diatribe.

Gee did not and cannot surf forums looking for gossip to include in a Declaration. Notice Smith's attorney never disputed the dummychat message that linked f2atv and dummychat. If there was no link between them, and it was second hand reporting, Smith's attorney would have immediately filed that the Gee Declaration should be thrown out. Smith's attorney would have argued that DN and Gee were finding unsubstantiated gossip that was in no way connected with Smith, gossip from a source unconnected to Smith. Destroying evidence is a very serious accusation and Gee, through the DN attorneys, did not include the dummychat message without there being a connection that proved dummychat knew and had to know what Smith was doing and that dummychat and Smith were connected. It is obvious that you have never filed a suit, been in court, had to answer a suit or have any experience with the law. I can assure you that no one jacks around with a U.S. District judge. I had a suit in front of a federal District judge once that my dog could have won and I smarted off in an answer. That suit went in the toilet. I couldn't even get the 5th Circuit COA to reinstate it because of what I wrote and I ticked them off. You do not jack around with federal judges and you do not present gossip as evidence. I think if it was established that newf2atv and dummychat with owned by Smith then those sites would be offline. There is a common factor with those sites that being Nfusion but that does not mean its directly tied to Smith. No way would DN allow those sites to be operating if they were.

If the site is under the control of the investigators, why would it be shut down? The DEA doesn't stop an undercover operation because it arrests one drug dealer. There are sites that have changed allegiances and are obviously now under DN control.

Like I tried to explain, unless Gee could backup his evidence that DC and Smith are in business together and dummychat had a legitimate firsthand reason to know what Smith was doing, Gee's whole declaration would have been challenged and thrown out. The DN attorneys know that. They would never file gossip as evidence. Smith did not challenge the Declaration and the dummychat evidence. Proving that DN was presenting gossip as evidence would have damaged DN's suit and benefited Smith. That DN filed unsubstantiated gossip as evidence would have jumped out at Smith's attorney.

With a site that many people think is the "Official" site, it can be a goldmine in an investigator's mind. There are private IKS/CS nodes being setup and the discussions about them are on the FTA sites. DN is still fishing and it's set up in an excellent fishing hole.

What is disturbing are the other documents such as in the Freeteck suit claiming that Homeland Security is involved. Gee gave a sworn statement to keep confidential informants a secret and gave examples of threats made during his Sonicview investigation that were against the CI by people thought to be Korean. If HS is assisting DN because of international threats, that might be why Nfusion seems to have disappeared.

DN is releasing only information it must release to support its allegations. We do not know what else it has up its sleeve but if HS emails are kept secret from a defendant, the investigations are more far reaching that we know. I doubt a judge would allow those emails to be kept secret from a defendant unless there is a legitimate HS issue. If an HS investigator is abusing his authority, a judge would report the Homeland Security employee and unseal the emails for the defendant.

Investigators are paid to investigate. If it is determined the investigation is over, then these people are out of work. They will milk any investigation until they are ordered to stop.

I think it is more likely that DN controls several FTA sites which probably includes dummy, than it is unlikely. It is in the investigators interest to keep the sites open.

For those who get riled because I have a different take on this information than you, my different thoughts are nothing personal.

Could this explain why the DC mods walked out a few days ago? Like the Smith suit, if this is true, we won't know anything for months because any litigation will be sealed. The poster at least knows that U.S. Marshals serve papers, do searches and seize evidence which adds some credibility. The only way the FBI can be involved is if criminal charges are contemplated or filed. If the story is true, the FBI could be involved but I doubt it. DN is more interested in turning people and the best way is to use the threat of criminal charges. Go after a little guy and get him to turn in a bigger guy and keep moving up the food chain.

If HS is assisting DN because of international threats, that might be why Nfusion seems to have disappeared. Um the freetech lawsuit is not an Nfusion lawsuit, more of your poor comprehension.

DN is releasing only information it must release to support its allegations. We do not know what else it has up its sleeve but if HS emails are kept secret from a defendant, the investigations are more far reaching that we know. I doubt a judge would allow those emails to be kept secret from a defendant unless there is a legitimate HS issue. If an HS investigator is abusing his authority, a judge would report the Homeland Security employee and unseal the emails for the defendant. zzzzzzzz nothing here that has to do with DC or NF

Investigators are paid to investigate. If it is determined the investigation is over, then these people are out of work. They will milk any investigation until they are ordered to stop.

I think it is more likely that DN controls several FTA sites which probably includes dummy, than it is unlikely. It is in the investigators interest to keep the sites open. and that is your opinion. there is nothing to show that proves this to be true and your obvious skewing of any information would lead any reader to dismiss your allegations based on that.

Could this explain why the DC mods walked out a few days ago? Like the Smith suit, if this is true, we won't know anything for months because any litigation will be sealed. The poster at least knows that U.S. Marshals serve papers, do searches and seize evidence which adds some credibility. The only way the FBI can be involved is if criminal charges are contemplated or filed. If the story is true, the FBI could be involved but I doubt it. You are right. I do not and cannot have all the facts. The facts are still between the parties. I do have the facts about how an Affidavit must read. I do know the federal rules and you don't.

I do know that Gee gave testimony in an affidavit to keep the TRO sealed that described his Sonicview CIs being threatened by Koreans, which was the same as stating that CIs in the Smith case have been threatened. I'm sure that evidence in the Smith case is still sealed. Gee could not add testimony like that from another case unless it was applicable to the Smith case. If there is no denial from the other side, it stands as fact. A lawyer cannot object to what he knows is the truth.

You can disagree with Gee citing dummychat, but unless dummychat is related to Smith, has firsthand knowledge of Smith's actions and is involved in the Smith case, Gee could not have used the dummychat email as evidence. When did Smith's lawyer argue that it was gossip and not related to Smith? If it is not denied, then it is accepted as true. I do not see another other purpose for the visit. For Nagra if they can get rid of Smith and the site with saving lawyer's fees I think that would be fine with them. Gee might tell him at the visit he has to co-operate also I don't know just thinking. If you get a visit your probably better off to take what is offered you then taking your chances and I say that as Smith being an example but there have been previous examples. I did not care for Smith but in spite of that I can't say he co-operated. How do you know what value there is to a website? You are guessing at what you think the website can or cannot offer. Since when do cops who are looking for potential evidence turn it down based upon the observation of someone like you telling them that the site doesn't have any evidence? Gee is an ex-cop. He will look at everything he can until he is told not to. FDR's private counsel was a relative of his wife and worked for FDR till his death in 1945 and then handled the estate's affairs till Eleanor Roosevelt's death 1962.

I looked and found various private sting operations. I guess a retail store that has cameras to catch shoplifters would also qualify as a sting operation.

If DN has control of a website and people are coming to the website to find out how to steal from DN, I don't know how DN's possession of the website and subsequent gathered information on the suspected pirates would be illegal.

I think if DN started an operation that advertised it was selling pirating devices to lure people into buying the devices, that would be entrapment and illegal for a private company or the government. As long as DN isn't pushing people to commit a crime the person would not have committed but for the arm twisting or advertising, and people seek out the site in order to commit a crime, DN isn't violating any laws. DN lost its appeal in the Freetech case that ordered Freetech to turn over to DN Freetech's customer names. DN getting names from a website under the control of DN, DN doesn't need a court order.

The private sector conducts many stings (extent unknown), and even police departments sometimes contract them out to private companies. Stings private companies conduct are especially common in the retail industry in investigating employee theft and shoplifting, and in manufacturing to investigate trade-secret theft.

There are a few more but I can't find anywhere that it is illegal for a private company to conduct a sting operation. Maybe a few states have laws against it but I doubt it.

One law I caused to be written and it is one I like the best because I never dreamed it could be written is within Workers' Compensation. I wrote legislators explaining that the temporary income benefits are unfair to people who have more than one job. I gave an example of a single mother working one job and being paid $500 a week and a part time job making $100 a week. She has a workers' compensation injury on the part time job which means she can only collect $70 a week in income benefits. She is being punished for working two jobs. Instead of getting ahead with her hard work, she will lose everything because of the second job.

A law was passed that all IRS reported wages are averaged together and the income benefits are derived from the average of all the wages. Her benefits would be based upon $600 a week instead of $100 a week.

That didn't help me because it never applied to me, but I bet and hope it helped many other people. There are a few more along that line in WC I like and my efforts caused to be written.

If you knew the law, knew the courts, knew how to write a complaint, you would know that I have filed in the courts I claim. You haven't so you can't recognize it.

One cannot file small claims cases in federal and state trial courts.

In this case they are catching people who steal but they are not participating in it.

Private corporations can not run a sting where they actually participate in the illegal activity themselves to catch others without the Law enforcement being involved as far as I am concerned. They can not come to court with dirty hands.

And yes a TRO can be argued before a judge and most likely was in Smiths case . The Judge only gave him back a few personal items . All else in the order was enforced. As far as it affecting Smiths case , by the time the TRO was issued , the case was already built against Smith. {RATS} I would say that the items they confiscated probably had little bearing on the case.

I do remember that JJ description on his first visit to Smith , unfortunately . it appears that he didn't sieze anything at that time, giving Smith ample opportunity to destroy stuff before the TRO was issued . If iI was JJ , I would not have said anything about forewarning Smith.

Q2 - Is that "entrapment" as well (advertising it WILL get you DN TV buy really doesn't)?

LoL, in the case of C., I would suppose it would simply connect to a logging/tracing server and collect all the IPs they possibly could as long as folks tried to connect. Who knows what else that BIN could send out, as well...

Entrapment is getting you to do something that you would not otherwise do. If you have visited FTA sites before and you have an FTA receiver, you could not prove entrapment.

If DN tried to prosecute someone civilly for visiting a site DN controlled in order for DN to get the person to violate the law, I think that would leave a bad taste in a juror's mouth. I don't think DN wants to do that. I do think DN wants to uncover the networks pirates are using and shut them down and with access to PMs and IP addresses, DN might be able to find a few.

Good questions. I would think (in bold for the benefit of the kids who do not understand speculation) it would be similar to undercover cops selling drugs. How far can a cop go to catch people in the drug business without becoming one of the bad guys?

I think if DN, like a police officer, participated in violating the law by making a working bin available, that would damage any case DN could have. DN participated in violating the law with an FTA bin. DN has successfully sued people who wrote, posted and downloaded bins, so DN would be in a bad position if it did the same.

Maybe a non-working and non damaging bin would be the only way to catch and charge someone.

If DN intentionally damaged someone's receiver with a bad bin, the owner of the damaged receiver could conceivably sue DN. Burglars have sued homeowners and won for being injured during the commission of a criminal act.

Yes, I agree on that in principle...however, I have no illusions that DN could, and probably does, use "consulting" groups/people and other corporate entities to cover their a$$ and apply "plausible deniability".

I have seen such shenanigans first hand back in my "corporate" days, where a contract was let to "provide Research Services". With a wink & nod, perhaps over a martini, it was "understood" that the contracted party was to do whatever they had to do to get the information requested. This was often buried in several layers of "outside companies", "consulting contracts", "independent contractors", and on-and-on!

When you perceive your ox has been gored, you have few qualms about the finer points of gathering evidence to extract payment for that gored ox...:fight, as long as the trail does not lead back to you:eek:

Running the site? Why bother wasting any of their resources doing that. They would rather have all involved think that all is the normal. I feel that have access to all parts of the site (admin privileges) would enable them to logg ip's and take any needed information to build there case.Also, then the "kill" file could be released "legally" not associated with Mr JL Gee and the Relentless.

Who knows what took place for all the mods to leave and then return, what was stated to them, do they have a clue, are the in the dark them selves.

Lots of questions, and lots of documents. Only time will tell. hopefully everyone can agree to disagree and lets start the debate!

I would hope that any forum of personal attacks for one's view on any of the FTA items that are discussed on the site would be non exsistant. I do not know whats taken place prior to this thread, so please excuse my ignorance if my statements disregard those issues.

First off , " DUMMY" you don't have to go offline to send anything to anybody including IP lists.

Second , it wouldn't take long to send all IP's to somebody, nice twist though 50 a day . Can't see why the restriction from sending them all at one time.

Third is that the 3 different ways to log on over there at DC have been happening since day one.

Fourth, I'm sure they probably have Smith under surveillance and have for a while and I would doubt that he would have had the ability much less take the chance in setting up and running DC . Get over the Smith obsession .
Someone started a website that could be linked to by typing New in front of
F2atv . Its a unique website name with a unique IP. Obviously some one was trying to capitalize on F2atv's 250,000 or whatever it was membership but I doubt it was Smith.

Fifth , I have no doubt that they would love DC's IP list , as they would any site, I doubt they have it.

About you posting legal Docs. on sites and whether it has tio do with FTA or IKS , some sites that were around before FTA didn't like them posted . So what . It's there site , not yours. Your an ass if you do it anyhow.

I have seen this sort of thing has happen before on sites where no believes something about a legal situation until they have no choice but to believe it although some will say the docs are bs or fake. as you can see, they have never shared the same IP. i have looked deeper as well, and they do not share anything in common. different registration info, different hosting companies, everything. the ONLY thing they have in common is they were both hosted in hong kong. i did not bother posting the history of newf2atv.com since we already agree that one IS the same as dummychat. you can verify this if you would like at http://www.domaintools.com/ , it is a pay service but there is a free trial.

now, i am not saying there is no correlation between the two. obviously dc was started up right after f2a closed it's doors. does that mean it was done by mr smith? no, not by a long shot. he would have been downright stupid to buy and register a new domain and start up a new forum right after his was seized. what i do see is someone else decided to start something new up for the old members of f2a to go to, nothing else.

even without all this, the notion that dc has been taken over by dn is ludicrous. dn or nagra are not the CIA, they do not infiltrate websites and operate them as if everything is normal. when f2a was seized it went down, and that was it. when satscams was taken over it went down, then came back up but it was obviously under dn control as it was reinvented as an anti-piracy site. if dc ever got taken over it would just disappear, or be replaced by some big anti-piracy diatribe.

It is great to have the community working together but know that this site is as secure as it can possibility get so do not worry about any security leak here.
The providers do not have access here and when the time is ready, you will see something released here.

For all those that are holding their unit and starting to worry, everything is fine and dummychat is here for your security but you should know that any forum can be hacked and your information in your PM can be exposed so make sure you protect yourself this way and use a proxy if possible and never reveal who you are to anyone, no matter how friendly they may sound in their pm. This goes for any forum on any site.

Also, do not worry if you do not see a post from me as many are waiting for an update but there is not much I can say other that wait for the new BAM.

What you deserve is a new file,

You have to understand that maybe we want the providers to think what they got is correct.
They can put what ever they want in law cases but where is the proof?
How has the severs, who are the coders?
There are many important questions they have not showed any proof of the answer to because they do not know!

When the file is released and things are working good, do you think they had the correct info?

It may be to everyone's advantage for them to believe certain information so why should I correct it for them?

Information right now is very important and I understand that you want updates but lets say you killed someone and you read in the newspaper that they caught the person and think they got the right guy, are you going to call them up and tell them they got the wrong person?

From now on, you will not see much information at all passed to you and this is for the best for everyone so hang in there and just trust that you are not abandoned.
