I've seen alot of sh* on sites..lots of arguments and petty little disagreements..but this is one that ..is at the very LEAST, a laugh.

I'm a long-term member of a few sites, but mostly just handle the admin part of badboys-aftermath..a non-fta related site..which keeps me busy doing katz submits and such..but I try to stay frequent with news and things of the sort.

Yesterday, on another site I noticed a friend, and network guru to boot, had posted this information he found on satscams - the new and improved one.
It's in the feedback section, and is a quote from Card-Coders.
Someone named IKS Trap posted on Card-coders about fraud with IKS accounts..and the providers took this quote directly and posted it on scams in the feedback section.

So we had a discussion going about it..and as well all know...the current + future of IKS and recent events might just render it useless, along with all those who invested money into the hardware..

Now, I had been a member of dummy for ..what..8-9 months..never posted much. I think I had 9 posts when I made this new thread..and really didn't care who liked or didn't like what I posted..but never thought they would come out of the woodwork calling me a scammer, a rat, an informant for providers, told me I was hiding behind nicks (this one and jonathanm are the only 2 I've EVER used..EVER)..someone had the bright idea to come HERE, at NCN and take a quote, then say "you're a member of NCN..blah blah..."..not realizing how stupid that sounded..because they would have to be here to get the quote in the 1st place...

Also a few said that...well, just look at the screenshots...I'd like a count on the LOL's and the number of idiots you can count up from just these 3 pages.
It turned into a 9-page discussion, but I quit at page 3..so they had a ball, I guess, in dummy terms..

It would take dummy's to take something like this and turn it around..so the name FITS WELL. LMAO.

Funny how some sites put up comments about people and or sites and either close, delete or ban you when you come to comment about it. Had that personal experience at Dummies. Basically censorship or controlling the views to what they want so a little boys club can have uninterupted pat themselves on the back situations like its a courageous accomplishment. No doubt they would not venture to comment outside of that comfort zone because that protection is not there for them. Not being one of the sheep and succumbing to the general consensus that "IKS is the future" also proves that the new generation of "fta enthusiasts" are the most dense, easily manipulated group of "Dummy's" that there ever has been, and I'd willingly make a bet that FTA is the WHOLE reason why providers have taken the stance they have on piracy.
Look at how many bust's have been made on folks making DN emu hardware, and unloopers and such hardware for cards..not anything NEAR as widespread as the busts made on FTA suppliers, dealers, manufacturers, and websites supporting such.

They are too blind to that, none of them can stand back and look at what has happened over the past few years, because mainly the idiots haven't been around "a few years" to know FACT from what they 'heard'.
They jumped into FTA and hopped on the IKS bandwagon believing promises such as free tv 4 life, and "you bought this box, you deserve ALL the channels."
Now they are defensive about it because of recent and past FTA legal issues, and rightly so. If I was knee deep in investments of FTA boxes, and I saw what was happening, I'd be fearful too..and would think twice about letting that box sit there STILL connecting to the SUNS server trying to get free channels.

I still am amazed at the people saying that they'll be back, they are just securing things, they have hit a bumpy spot...just general BS ..

When it comes down to recent events and what I personally think..NF is done. The legal docs we have seen are directly tied to them, and I'll not believe otherwise until it's proven..

As far as others..Cant say for sure, but I think Kbox is holding back and just doesn't want the legal ramifications to stretch to them..they already proven their ability to do something..but just wont do it. So that speaks for them. By far, NF is the providers main target, and I'll say it until we see proof of it, or proving it's a lie..but either way..I do believe we won't be seeing SUNS back..period, at all..ever again.
I think the cease and desist order has been given to NF and this is the reason no one has heard from SS since the 18th, and all he had to say then was wait on file to magically appear, unannounced.

SS is Gee. There is no way SS works for Nfusion or any IKS team. Why would SS ask members if the are getting "XYZ" channel and other questions of which he should know the answer? SS is luring people in to get them to admit they are receiving channels. Anyone can receive IKS, but the provider must prove that the person is watching illegal IKS channels. These poor souls answer SS and tell SS which channels they are watching. Good luck with the person claiming he was not watching the channels later after he is served.

Gee was found out on other sites and booted so apparently he has a person whose first language is not English writing the posts for him. Why would anyone not think that Dummy has not been compromised after Smith was sued? Smith might have acted bravely at first claiming he destroyed IP addresses, but after reality set in, I bet he sang louder than any squealer ever sang. He turned all of Dummy over to Gee.

Since I've been banned from Dummy for what I've written on other sites, not on Dummy, you can bet Gee is trying to protect Dummy to keep the suckers coming in so they can incriminate themselves. Is Dummy up or is it still going down every few days again?
I can always get a new account and become a member again, but that group is so high school, it's a bunch of silly kids trying to be big shots, that is, up and until Gee starts sending them letters.

For instance, I like A&E, SPACE and BRAVO.
All three are readily available with a basic coaxial cable connection with my local cable company. (Coax directly to the back of your TV, no digital box) For the record, My cable company no longer offers a direct to TV install, you MUST rent a digital cable box from them to get any service whatsoever.
If I want those channels thru ExpressVu, I gotta have the basic package plus 2 other packages full of bullshit channels I never watch, and pay extra.

None of this is really news. Dummies has banned anyone and everyone that asks reasonable questions regarding the product. Most recently they have gone on yet another round of house cleaning to remove those people that see through the corporate BS. It is such a shame, or should it be scam to attack then bite off the hand that feeds them. As much as I hate to pay Bell each month, I know that I have a service provider that will at least permit me to voice my displeasure when warranted. Nfusion and Dummies can not take the constructive criticism. The moderation at the site is nothing more then dictatorial and one sided.

Went by there. Its amazing how many people they ban. Its not exactly an open free expression site where you can feel comfortable expressing your own opinion. It seems if you do meaning an opinion that they don't want you know your going to be shown the door. It amounts to controlled censorship.


I personally won't be surprised if Nfusion ran into legal problems. You have a bunch of lawsuits filled against persons alleged to have run IKS servers in the first week of Dec the same time Nfusion stopped operating and hasn't been since with no word from them. If you express that there then your tagged and probably bounced. History has shown in the past when you have sudden site or dealer disappearances all of a sudden with no word it usually means legal trouble. Given the fact that other IKS suppliers are operating also leads to a possible specific problem with Nfusion. The site wants the happy positive atmosphere going at a time when its not. You can't expect people to cheer with hooray go Nfusion Go with the situation and banning them just shows that unless your Nfusion clapping your not welcome there even if you supported them.

Once I posted legal docs and they told me that shit wasn't allowed and they didn't want that spread around, I saw fit to just be a dick and harass them with bs. Anyone who wants to hide legal documents from it's members deserves everything they get..that's just proof they wanted to try and fool people into drinking that koolaid...even Alex had to ask them why they didn't want me to post documents that were publicly available on PACER....to which he got very little of an answer.

Actually I was surprise that site was still operating after the lawsuits against Superstar, his relatives, the Cho bothers and people who operated Iks servers etc. It wasn't a question of if just when.

If my memory is correct, in the summer of 09 they killed the Nova, but promised continued support for the Solaris, phoenix, and Nuveno boxes, all of which were relatively new. At that time many considered NF the leader in IKS boxes, and dealers stocked up. Then in December of 09 the seeder busts started, then lawsuits, then support stopped. This left many dealers with huge inventories and they have been trying to dump them ever since.

As far as the handful of channels that were recently operating again, again IMHO this was a ploy to sell off inventories. I noticed those channels ie HSN, were the ones no one watches, hence no real added server load to whoever's server they were "borrowing"; probably the LS server.

Now that Draaco has declared NF dead, it will be interesting to see how cheap these boxes get on ebay

What I meant I was surprised that the site was not taken offline sooner by the provider with all the lawsuits. But then again I not sure what happens or what is the process that takes place that results in the domain being forwarded to the provider.

Homeslce ( Johnatam ) First let me offer my apologies for how you were treat ed by the Ex staff at DC , the staff at the time was trying to hide what they thought may have been contained in the documents as they pertained to Blind Scan and F2ATV ( the thought their Nic's and information about them maybe contained in them , why I do not know but maybe they had something to hide ) , it was shortly after they left as staff I was able to get a legal section added to the forum so documents such as the ones you had been trying to post, could be posted with out fear of reprisal , from the members or staff , but for you it was to late , anyways even though the site ( DC) is now gone I could see all you were doing was trying to show and Warn the people of things the providers already had been working on , but most were to blind to see , I am glad it is over myself , I have never felt more deceived and used by the group that ran the show towards the end , ( I had always prided myself on my honesty and willingness to help people but lost my way in the end ) but like many others refused to see the writing on the walls ( I'm still glad I had gotten rid of all FTA products when things started to fall apart last year ) , But you and GS2 please keep trying to inform the un-informed , maybe a few will start to listen

Well, it wasn't so much that I was squashed and kept from posting legal docs, it was that my reputation was questioned as part of keeping the docs from that site. I've never been a rat, nor would I. I've not got anything to hide in my home, I pay for my satellite subscription, and I don't understand why after even Alex70 told everyone that the docs were legit, I was still ridiculed, and even a moderator at Dummy was convinced that I was just instigating and told so much, that I wasn't just held accountable on Dummy, but at other sites that she was staffing. It's a moot point now, but it's a sad day when you try to point out a legitimate lawsuit -- from my own pacer account -- and you catch so much heat that it travels to sites that you've been a member of for 4 or 5 years, and your rep there is put into question because of those actions.

Well, it wasn't so much that I was squashed and kept from posting legal docs, it was that my reputation was questioned as part of keeping the docs from that site. I've never been a rat, nor would I. I've not got anything to hide in my home, I pay for my satellite subscription, and I don't understand why after even Alex70 told everyone that the docs were legit, I was still ridiculed, and even a moderator at Dummy was convinced that I was just instigating and told so much, that I wasn't just held accountable on Dummy, but at other sites that she was staffing. It's a moot point now, but it's a sad day when you try to point out a legitimate lawsuit -- from my own pacer account -- and you catch so much heat that it travels to sites that you've been a member of for 4 or 5 years, and your rep there is put into question because of those actions.

People don't want to hear the truth. Then you get labelled as a traitor or working for the provider when your just trying to keep informed good or bad. I would hold back from posting and would try to only post where I thought people had open minds. I just read some old threads back to when the FTA manufacters were just getting sued. Everyone was posting how it was just BS and that they had no case. Myself as soon as I saw the lawsuits I knew they had cases and would probably pervail. Sometimes I would barely suggest it as if I would say what I actually thought I would be a villian and everything else so why bother with your freedom of expression.



People just don't realize or don't want to that the burden of proof in civil requires only that it is more likely then not. For me it was more likely then not. There were no un named mysterious people developing files and that the FTA manufacters had no involvement. The only thing I was not sure of was how the plaintif was going to lay it out to show it was more likely then not but had to think they would not be filling lawsuits if they could not. Remember these lawsuits took a few years to come out so it stands to reason they had been working on investigating for evidence for awhile. Now if a lawsuit comes out people just here goes other one.

That is really not new because the same sort of thing happened before with all the DTV lawsuits with a lot of similarities. What has/is transpiring with DN with all the lawsuits and with a card change with no security hack yet really kinda played out in a similar fashion years before with DTV. I see people saying they have been around a long time but most of them who say that were not around back then and actually appeared after when everything shifted to DN when it was the only game in town as far as piracy. When FTA emerged it attracted alot of new people to the sites who are experiencing this situation for the first time.

I was actually around back then, saw a couple of the now famous letters in the flesh. I think that whole case scenario has now moved forward to what we are seeing now. I feel that they set the framework way back and now have upped the structure of the Civil Suites now appearing. They also have changed things in regards to different States and the procedures that are taken prior to papers being served.

IMO it isnt getting any easier for those trying to keep it on the downlow, and now the stakes are seriously high for those still risking it all!!!

You're not alone there, I'm not really sure what that statement has to do with what we were discussing....but anywho,

I'm actually sort-of happy that things fell out the way they did. Some got taught lessons, some got sued, some got that "geez, everyone was right, and I was wrong" type of eye-opening...but to this day there are STILL fools who want free TV for nothing.

I got into the scene with atmegas..and most of my stuff that I pursued was all my own work, although I had some great teachers. I wrote my .pfg files once I learned how...

But now, in 2011, I'm happy to pay my sat bill. As a matter of fact, DTV was JUST here, at my residence, on 01-3, installing a new HR24 receiver.

Hasn't been even 1 month since I logged into my DTV account and upgraded my programming to the highest package they offer -- all movies, all channels, and now I got the DVR that I've been waiting on...since my wife won this nice 55" TV at her Christmas party from work, I'm happy to sit and watch TV on the big HD...and in the next couple months, I'll have DTV out here once again to install yet another HD unit in my bedroom so I can use the "whole-home DVR" service.

I'm not a big fan of huge bills like the $114 / month that I agreed to pay them for those channels I'm getting, but why not? Life is short, and you can't take the green crap with ya, so best enjoy what's available and within reach, and getting something for nothing just doesn't exist. Nothing in this world is EVER "free", someone, SOMEWHERE, pays the price for it, so cheers to those who continue to steal TV, enjoy the ride, the roller-coaster, or the bumpy road...I'll continue enjoying my hi-def DVR that works non-stop, rain or shine, wind - sleet - snow, uninterrupted. The only time I wouldn't enjoy it is if I didn't pay my bill and they cut me off, which won't happen. Two things in life are certain, bills/taxes and death. Everything else can be altered.
