This lawsuit by Echo was filled on Dec 9th, 2009. Mikesmadd is well known in some circles in the FTA scene. I have attached the complaint and will attach more as they become available.

Yes sorry kinda dropped the ball on this one. There was an agreed final judgment and permanent injunction entered on April, 2010. I am having trouble attaching large files and trying to get that fixed.


They agreed to a 20 million dollar judgment and agreed to a $110,000 fine for each breach of the agreement of the permanent injunction.


I will attach it when I get the problem solved.

Well it certaintly does not look like your IP but no one here has screwed with your account. So could someone have access to your computer or have you use the same password at another site ?


Best thing for now is change your password because I suspect and only speculation that if you used the same password at another site that you use here then someone might have got it and logged on with it here.

Yep, password changed, I hope he has fun trying to do that again. I spent a little time last night changing a LOT of stuff..cuz I had 2-3 that were the same. Not anymore.

its very common to decrypt passwords from other sites
especially forum databases that were hacked in the past.

but this is strange that it wasnt used to intimidate or attack.

the guy used a proxy and went to the trouble of logging in to make a helpful post?

make sure you change them all,, including your email passwords

Yep..changed everything..I figured if he got password on this site, he would try email, facebook maybe, networking sites..no telling what else..so I changed everything when I saw this post and realized "i didn't type that shit"...and started looking at the time it was posted (I was here, but NOT on the computer)..
Hell, my power was off during that time because the contractors were wiring up my new central air unit..so I couldn't have even got online..no power to computer for about 30 minutes)

The pdf is labeled "Support Proposa"l - 07-05-08 . This was a support proposal that MadMike wrote for Captin on 07-05-08 . MadMike was paid in units . I have the invoice as well . The invoice states a xxxxxx dollar's in units. The site will not let me attach this type of doc. I will not zip or rar it because of meta data. Team-Reliable & MadMike are crooks !

What the hell is going on..people logging into more than one user's account and using it to make posts..and not intimidating or being scandalous..it doesnt make sense..
That would be like me breaking into Home Depot and leaving some money on the register because they forgot to ring something up yesterday..pointless and not really a sensible thing to do.
