Big News -Echo V David Smith Aka Blindscan/Technofreak

This case was filed under seal on March 20th, 2009. The court unsealed the Case on Dec 2nd, 2009. Mr Smith was hit with a TRO ( Temporary Restraining Order, Writ of Seizure and a Temporary Injunction all granted. Also the motion to seal the case that was granted.


Also his wife Donna Smith is being sued. I will be posting various documents. Attached here you will find the first complaint along with declarations to support it. Be note there is an amended complaint to follow.
