Global was added on to the Echo V Panarex lawsuit as a defendant with the help of Panarex. Global is the manufacter in Korean who makes the Pansat receivers. Paranrex distributes them in North Ameica to Dealers who then re sell them to consumers.
Now Global has filed a counterclaim against Panarex trying to make them responsible since Panarex has tried to shift the liability to Global. As the FTA world turns. I have attached the counterclaim doc.
