It seems Mr Kwak is dealing with another lawsuit where allegations are Cable Piracy. There is a bit of history on this lawsuit as it started in 2003 but the plaintiffs were not able to serve himto five years later. I included the docs on that with dismissal request, response to dismissal and the order on it.
