In the Echo V Hipps case there were two defendants - Hipps and Stroupe. Stroupe was an employee of Hipps.
Stroupe decided to agree to a Judgement and agreed to co-operate in support of Echo against Hipps. Stroute agreed to a $100,000 judgement while Echo is seeking a $250,000 Judgement against Hipps. They have now filed a motion with the support of Stroupe against Hipps with damaging evidence supplied by Stoupe.
I have attached the judgement against Stroupe and the motion for judgement against Hipps.
