This is another lawsuit filed in Florida in June, 2009 that was sealed and now unsealed. It was filed just days from the Dish Jockey lawsuit posted on this site. I have two files that were posted on another site. I will later go to Pacer to get more including the complaint.
One of the files is a declaration from a private investigator retained by the plaintiffs. It is quite something and unfortunity this defendant is cooked beyond imagination. You should always know who you are talking too if you are involved.
