Echo has filed a motion to add the owner of Freetech and two other executives to the lawsuit. They are trying to do so because they allege misuse of transfer of assets from the company to these people. The allege the company is almost insolvent because of large sums of transfer of monies as management payouts. They say that since this was done on purpose in their allegation that the three persons should be defendants and liable. They also allege to have new evidence that the three have been involved personally with piracy recently.
