However Echo made a motion for reconsideration and it was granted basically reopening that previous decision for review again.
The Court grants plaintiff's "Motion for Reconsideration Regarding Echostar's Motion for Contempt, to Show Cause, and for Sanctions Against Panarex Dealer SAT-PROS." Harout Aghyarian sworn, testified and excused. Plaintiff's Motion for Contempt, to Show Cause and for Sanctions Against Panarex Dealer SAT-PROS, filed with the Court on April 10, 2009, taken under submission. Consequently Echo has filed a new brief against Sat-Pros alleging they lied and are seeking an contempt order with seeking to be reimbursed for court fees related to filings on this.
