Hello Alex. Thanks for dropping by and posting that doc. That doc contains mention of Satscams the person of having submitted a declaration in support of Echostar against Freetech with having knowledge as being an ex employee of Freetech Canada. I have not seen the actual declaration as its under seal but would think its damaging with Satscams having past relationships with various FTA people.
