Echo V Ward ( TDG ) Motion to Compel For Discovery

I have attached two files. One on the motion and one in support of it by way of Deposition. They are alleging that Ward ( TDG ) is avoiding discovery with not replying to discovery questions. It suggests that Ward is implying different people used his handles but then Ward is not supplying who those people are. They are also using information obtained from a Confidential Informant who communicated with Ward with seeking to seal the identity of the CI.
