Here is a brief filed in a motion filed in the Echo v Panerex to compel Kimaco communications to hand over documents regarding users.
Also included is the order granted by the Judge ordering Kimaco to comply with handing over the user information in 10 days. Echo had sought to hand over information from 2003 but the Judge limited the time frame to from 2005.
