Echo Motion For Reconsideration in Freetech Case Denied

Echo brought a motion for certification and reconsideration in the decision granting Freetech's motion for a protective order. It was denied. However in the Pansat case a similar protective order sought by Pansat was denied. Wondering if this issue with conflicting decisions will be brought to a higher court on appeal by a party.
