Echo's Response to Ward's (TDG ) Motion To Dismiss Claims

Here is the response by the Plaintiff's to the motion filled by TDG to have some claims dismissed in his lawsuit. Plaintiffs are trying to use TDG's own words as being self admitted in regards to alleging he personally used a FTA receiver to illegally access their signals. People who write reviews describing their own use to push sales open themselves up if ever brought to court not that TDG would listen in choosing his ego over being sensible but hoping others won't let their ego get in their way in making better judgements.
