Here is the written ruling on the contempt of court sentence. It is quite detailed and harsh.

Well I think that he was very lucky to only get 4 months. Although the judge has said that he is to again appear before him as soon as his sentence is done, so that may mean he will ask Rogers to again comply with the Aton Pillar in all ways or again be held in contempt of court and he may then get the 12 months that I though the judge was leading up to in all his breifing on this.
The shit has hit the proverbial fan and for anyone who doubts that take a look around and see just what is happening out there. It is not pretty and it will not be something that can be said to be leaning towards the piracy side in things. Also if you look at the fact that the judge has taken into account the postings by rogers on the Aton pillar site as late as november last year, should tell you thta the authorities are not only present in this bit the courts are also aware of the things said, and it can and will affect sentencing. As you also saw the fact that Rogers said he was broke and would declare bankruptcy if Echo won against him, then also made it so the judge would not consider a fine as the law says a fine can only be imposed only if the defendent has the ability to pay it. So his mouth again, got him in trouble. Maybe he will just shutup and apologise with compliance when he next appears before the judge. He can come back with all the bravodo he wants but it will just bite him, if he does.
