What's the status on HiTecs legal battles?

The dirt ball fought the order to be deposed but he lost that and $25K doing the fight. He got deposed and promptly ratted out everybody he could.

We don't have the transcript yet, but we do know the judge is pretty pissed at Quinn. That probably will come into play when damages are assessed.
