I think this defendant regrets that decision he made. Posting this complaint in hopes others do not make the same mistake.

I suppose the idea of sending things back for warranty repairs started with the old DTV stuff where the only thing pirated was the cards and very little hardware pirating was going on. But with Dish and Expressvu the pirating of the hardware is a problem, and yes it is very easily proven when you send these units back to them. It all has to do with greed I guess and I have very little apathy for people who try to save a buck on the IRD costs. People must think before they act in these things, and failure to do so, as has been shown will cost you. There is not more I can say on this.
