Last month we had a request by Tominco to have a name and address removed from a post that seemed to be about some very disturbing events that happened to the poster. We dicided to do this and so we then now are seeing just where and how this may have been another attempt to hide things. Her is a c&p of that post

He uses every excuse in the book to give him more time in an attempt to keep you quiet while he continues to do business behind the scenes. I am not the only one but I am one of the few that will actually stand up and be heard. This needs to be let known that this man is the biggest piece of trash you can ever meet and I WARN ALL OF YOU to NEVER EVER do business with him, his partners or anyone involved in his pathetic circle.
I was patient now comes time for him to pay the price and pay he will and here is exactly what I had to go through with this clown:
Went to tomico's roach shop and seen a chubby pig sitting behind a desk.
Went there for a review for a website.
Recieved card and paid 400-425. Card worked when reviewing. Gave positive review.
Others ordered. Cards went down a week later.
Cards had expiry date set on them purposely by whoever was doing the cards,three days later tomico tells me fix is in send card in for free to be fixed.
Send card, programmer broke, over used will be a delay, other people who order get pissed off and demand refund and he refuses.
Death threats are exchanged and he finally refund the guy to shut up, week later comes out and says coders disappeared with 300 cards and 65000 cash,
do the math 400 a card times 300 is 120000 dollars minus 65000 is 55000 in his pocket
tells us and others its not his fault we should have known this could happen,
sends admn a card back unprogrammed in order to shut him up and keep him on his side, says coders have returned,
says 100 cards being done a day,
says coders are again not around,says got cards back,
says cards are now all mixed up because some idiot got his hands on them (tomico most likely)

states I have to wait now for them to be reprogrammed, cards unorganized not his fault, and on and on and on and on and on and on.
He owns a shop in XXXXXXXX on XXXXX street and a place in XXXXXX on XXXXXX ave. This is my expierence with this clown and it needs to be let known so no one ever falls into this morons trap again. The worst deal I have ever been part of in my life and ive seen it all and been throgh it all trust me.

It seems that tominco is denying he was ever raided and has never even talked to anyone etc from this. Now since we can be pretty sure that Echo did not just make this up and it looks like Tominco could very well be Steven Rodgers, who is being named in this, we are perplexed by what would be his want or need to be able to deny this. I guess it would stem from the need that he does not want others to know, because he either is working for or with Echo, or he is trying ro still do business, Both I am just using as possibilities. Either way it seems that he is hiding as much about this as he can. Maybe others can shed more light on this subject, as I just thought we need to first of all known that this is happening.

What he is trying to say is that he is not Steve Rodgers but Steve Rodgers was served. Its a bit confusing to me because they quote what the Judge said apparently but on the other hand have not posted the Docs. It would make much more sense to just post it so we could read it versus supposily quotes on what the Judge said.

I can understand that, but I also can tell you that once the legal bills start climbing and they have gone thru all the own still trying to get what they think is justice. There was another thread with one post on it from Oct 2005 reporting Tomico as being a Scammer. Tomico sent a request in Sept 2006 almost a year later to have it edited. Fixer actually deleted the thread back in Sept 2006 trying to help him out yet hes upset go figure. Fixer then posted a copy of that post made in Oct 2005 in his first post on this thread after the Public News Article came up with this person's name in it.

I started this thread because Tominco was trying to claim things that just were not true about his raid and stuff. The claims he made were really out there and I thought it was time to show just where and how he had already been attached to things on this site as well as many others.

In my own case they had the name of the company wrong and even again used wrong info in describing the locations wrong. So yes it was all easy enough to have the warrant thrown, but the undercover buys were the things that in the end I plead to and that was all they could do. So they will never get the chance to use anything from the raids and that means all info.

I Tomincos claim he is saying that they can not prove he is Tominco and that they would need to used the posts from the internet. While I have said before that everything that gets posted on sites like this are recorded and saved on a a daily basis and has been that way for the last deacade or so. So asking for something to be deleted is just palin stupid, as that will only be proof as to the truth of the matter. The warrants they had against me were for nine months prior to the raid and included phone taps and captures of all electronic communications during that time, and even for a good while after that time. I am pretty sure they would have done the same for Tominco, but maybe not. The fact that he will not even post his case number so we can get the doc's and see what the truth is, says a lot about this whole thing. To be quite honest with everyone, I can not see what he says as being true, but I am open to being proven wrong if he can do that.

For the time being I will have to say that peopole should be cautious of Tominco and having anything to do with him, until he can show the case number or other documents that will allow us to see what he is saying is true. Until then it is only wise to be leary of this. If he is a stand up guy, he will acknowledge this and accept it as just being smart, and not an insult.

No matter how many times I read what he says it never makes any sense. Tomico says an innocent person named Steve Rodgers a name posted on a thread by Denverb2b who had some very strong allegations of being Scammed by Tomico is not Tomico. Tomico says hes not Steve Rodgers and obviously Steve Rodgers says hes not Tomico. Tomico says the Judge agreed they are two different people. So why is this innocent person not dismissed from this lawsuit by the Judge ? Tomico could you please just explain that.



Further to that Tomico says that the innocent person Steve Rodgers is in contempt of court for lack of trying to catch Tomico. Why would an innocent person have to even try to catch you. ? Tomico could you please explain that or could you have left something out that would make it more understandable. Why is Steve in the fight of his life if hes an innocent person not you, confirmed by the Judge not to be you as you say. ?



Tomico could this person Steve Rodgers be connected to you in your Satellite activities and therefore is not an innocent person as far as allegations put forth by the Plaintiffs ? a friend ? relative ? employee ? business associate ? because I have to tell you if this person is an innocent person wrongly named as you and you know that to be true, a person you know as it appears you do, then you ought to do the right thing by standing up to the plate to get this wrongly named person mistaken for you dismissed from the case as otherwize it sounds like your prepaired to let this innocent person take the rap for you. I can only assume that this person is correctly named in the lawsuit as a defendent and is not an innocent person in this lawsuit. That would explain why hes in for the fight of his life.



I have one more question for you. You joined here in April 2005, made a post here in Sept 2005. That post with Steve Rodger's name in it was posted here, on Satscams, and possibly Dsstester on Oct 2005 so with that being the case why did you wait 11 months to request this innocent person's info to be edited out of a thread. ? Did you want people to think this innocent person was you and use that as some sort of cover for you. ? Why would you allow some very strong posts of allegations of Scamming with the name Steve Rodgers in it that is not you as you say, but a person you do know to take that heat. ? If there were posts made about me Scamming with a personal name belonging to someone else I knew lets say an employee, I would have said something immediately to say that is an innocent person a name belonging to someone else leave that person out.

In that message Tomico blames Denverb2b then me whos next. Its very simple you decided to sale/distribute devices that are intended to be used to steal signals of BEV/Dish. You took the risk with all the consequences that come with it knowing what the Law is.



I guess you and others feel that now its not fair what happened to you. I guess you and others thought you would just sail through with sales and revenue with an open door to paradise. Look it doesn't work that way sorry if you don't understand that. I am sorry you are having problems but you took your chances by rolling the dice. You blaming whoever for your troubles might make you feel better but the truth is all this is happening because of the choices you made of your own free choosing.



Lastly they are not going to lose 14 cases no matter how much you wish it. It will never go to trial. Some will settle, some will default, some will help themselves by providing information on others like Crash did. The only case that Echo could lose with alleged Pirates could be NDS because they have the financial resources to defend themselves and much more, the rest of you to be frank are dead in the water unless you'll be the first ones to change something that has really never happened before that being winning at trial in a Civil Satellite case. I very seriously doubt it will ever go there and I hope if this Steve Rodgers is innocent then you'll do the right thing by stepping up to the plate.

Well it would be painfully obvious to most by now that Tominco is Steve and he is living in a world of his own making. Where reality does not come into play. Just about everyone, myself included found out that you can not fight the big boys in court, no matter what mistakes they made. The cost factors are well in excess of a $250,000.00 range and that is only the starting point. Even a perfectly innocent person of high means would not find fighting the charges that they come at you with worth it. You also can forget about representing yourself as well, as the discovery schedule set by the big boys would just kill any chance you have to prepare and they would be running up big hours for them, that when you lose, you will have to pay for. I will will have to be honest and say that the chances of someone serving time for satellite crimes here in Canada are not very high. Most of the stuff is civil and there is very little civil remedies that have jail as part of the sentence. But with Timinco and the Contempt of court by Steve Rogers, is one of the few times where jail can be a part of the case and yes they can keep him serving time over and over again, untill he admits to the charges etc.. He seems to be on a fools errand, and it seems to me that he is only using that whole issue to gain time to find and build a group of people thta he will use to trade out against the sentences he will most definitely have coming. You have to be pretty stupid or desparate to not see what is happening.

As for Satscams goes, I said before all I had to say about him, and it does seem that I was bang on in that, and the more I sit back and watch, the more I feel justified in everything I said.

It would be best for all concerned to make sure you do not say or type anything in a message that will get you into trouble. It looks like this will be taken to the extremes, and that is where many people will find out just how far reaching things can get. I visit these sites often but will never post there anymore, for the same reasons I said when I left Satscams. Those reasons are even greater in value today then ever before. Alleged Sat Pirate Hit with Contempt

An alleged satellite pirate targeted last year during a search and seizure raid has refused a judge's order to turn over information regarding the case. The suspect, Canadian citizen Troy Megill, refused to provide the court with details about his activities and was sentenced to three months in jail by the Ontario Superior Court for intentionally disobeying a civil search order issued by authorities.

According to EchoStar and Canadian satellite service provider Bell ExpressVu - together with secure-access company NagraStar - numerous unauthorized devices and free-to-air receivers used to circumvent the security on encrypted satellite signals were seized during raids on multiple businesses including EZ123DISH - owned and operated by Megill. After the operation, Megill was ordered to grant access to his web sites and disclose information about his business, including customer records and the identity of his suppliers.

The companies said Megill refused to comply with the court order and was found in contempt for "willfully thwarting the course of justice."

In making the ruling, the judge awarded the companies $72,500 for legal costs. EchoStar, Bell ExpressVu and NagraStar said the decision is a step in the right direction to combat satellite piracy.

Dan Caban
Today I drove out to london with N.Desantis(tomico-ind) We went to Dan Caban's area. Within 5 mins he had the cops surounding us. Funny thing is the cops were wrong, I am able to investigate him by law. So tomorrow I will be going to the london police to file a complaint on the 2 cops. They ruined my investigation , and I will now suffer prejuice. Well anyway It was so funny Dan came out and told the cops so much bullshit it was funny.

Now that I think of it , I love the fact he called the police, because now it's on record. I will tell you what that means late ron in the week once i'm done my thing.

This has to be one of the stupidest things I have read in a long time. Everyone would like to Fight Bev/Dish if there was some legitimate legal grounds to do so not on dealers who openly sold Pirate Devices for Theft after the Canadian Supreme Court Ruled it was Illegal in April, 2002. Dealers, Coders, Front Men who sale after that ruling all know they roll the dice and shouldn't even bother to suggest that the industry ban together to fight their cause. Theres nothing to fight and no cause atleast I didn't see one in that notice They could atleast say how they plan to fight their cause legally if they want support. The only thing I know is that their plan is to say that Steve Rogers is not Tomico and this other person is. All dealers should have got together before the Supreme Court Challenge and helped then when there was a real legitimate legal fight to be fought but hardly any showed up. If you don't want to be served with an Anton Pillar order then don't sale Pirate Devices openly on the internet. What do you expect especially selling Pirate Devices in Canada for theft of Canadian Signals. Well we need the help of all the admins and site owners to ban together and take this on as a whole.

Why should you get involved? Well because if we don't win this round, and stop them Before they use this tactic to shut down this industry.

We have dish and bell with there backs to the wall, we have the chance to win most if Not all of the on going cases. If we lose this then be prepared for round 2-3-4-5 and All of you guys will be next.

I am just at a loss as to how anyone can even consider, the case in point put forthabout Steve Rodgers. It is so ludicrious that you have to be totally ignorant of the true workings of the law to even see any value in it.

In my own case they had the name wrong for the company on the search warrant and even the adress wrong inother parts of the warrant. While I was sure that this would be a big thing when it came to court, The named company DKS Satellite, was changed to PCS (Pirates Cove Software). They were not even close, and the address for the home search was not the legal address. All of these things were not considered by the judge to be a large mitigating factor, so the charges went on with the proper changes made.

In this case Steve Rodgers is held in contempt of court, for his denial of being involved as Tominco etc.. This means that the court has ruled aready against his efforts. This means that you are beating a dead horse when that is used in defence of your case.

In my case I was prepared to call the drafters of the RC Act and have them testify that foreign satellite signals were not considered by them when they wrote the law, and if the meant it to be they would have said so. But to my surprise every lawyer I spoke to said it did not matter the intention of the law when drafted, as this was not brought up before the Supreme Court ruled it to include decrption of foreign signals to be illegal, it is from that time forward definitely illegal, and you can not argue otherwise. It really was disappointing but it was enlightening. The time has long past for arguments about the law. The SC made their ruling very clear and concise.

As for the names and other things being an issue goes, I do not feel that they or anyone for that matter will be successful. Especially when one is held in comtempt of court in this already. It seems like there are more then a few people missing full decks when they talk about how this will be the end all be all. People save your money. Maybe use it to buy the programming that you were getting for free before. I said long ago to everyone I sold to, that there would come a time where they would need to pay for the programs they want to wacth. Those times are here quite some time ago. Today you see here in Canada that they are going after the end users just like they did in the USA a few years ago. There will not be any excuses and they will make you in the end pay. So the smart money is on those who can see the writing on the wall.

I have thought about all of this and have decided to stop my fight. My sicks mom's heath is more important then winning a stupid court case. I would love to thank all that helped me in my fight , guys I owe you one. I will never forget what you guys did for me . I will have a final talk with my lawyers in the next few days, but as it stands right now is I quit.

May? They went into court and playied hardball , forcing n.desantis aka tomico-ind to an exam . if he didn't show up all his aff would be thrown out. beautiful because now there all gone. Didn't work in blg's favour that time.


May 31 - Lets see first off I have texas lawyers now after me , going after my email account.

June 5 - Went into court on a motion to have my sick mother go to an exam. Well judge didn't care that i was right and went in favour of blg.
Now on june 13 see has to go to an exam if not see go's to jail. She wants to take the jail time, but i'm forcing her to go in, since she knows to much info. Blg will wish she didn't go in. Then the court fined me $4000 for her not showing up. Thats what happens when blg has connections all threwout the courts.


June 14 - I have a motion against my dad, Blg likes to make deals then go against them in courts. They say one thing then they go against deals made or said. Will i get fined sure , it's the same judge as last time. Money is just money , blg hopes i run out before i win my case.


June 22, court in london where i go for my criminal case. I will win this one , and it will help all the ongoing cases now. You fell for the bait blg, thanks.


June 28- going to court to set a date for contempt sentencing. Something huge will happen this week. bet on it.

That whole post just does not meet the smell test and it is and sounds more like a complete fiction post. Just how stupid does this guy think we are? the only time a judge fines someone is when they are in direct contempt of the court and /or its officers. The only thing that would even be a bit along the lines of what he has said, is if he had made agreements with all the people, that he will pay their contempt fines etc.. As far as a sick mother saying she would rather got to jail goes, that just does not evenpass as plausible.

There will be an event happening soon if this stupidity is being played out in court for very long, and it will be jail terms in excess of what any normal term satellite charges would have produced. If he keeps [playing at this, the judge can just take the guide line of the amounts he would be sued for and make his comtempt jail time equal to that. That would not mean that he would be off the hook as that time would be additive to the charges and fines that will be found in the case. The courts do not like people who play games with their time and efforts, and are very likely to make punishment very large when pushed the way they seem to have been in this case. Personally I can only say that I think this is an insane way to do things, and no lawyer in his right mind would condone these actions, as they would be dissbarred.

First I hope his mother is doing better. The problem with her being examine I would think would be all the questions asked about her son. Could she really pull it off without saying something that would it make it more clear on who he is. What were the options. If he was not Tomico I think she would have showed up to be examined to clear it up.

Its too bad this happen but surely he ought to have known what his risk was. I'm not sure it is credible. But they have been very protective of some information over at the Anton-Pillar site. Some posts that 'say too much' get deleted immediately. There is something going on that they have their hopes set on.

Yes its a controlled site. They didn't even post the Tomico Court docs. The concept is that some how that site is suppose to confuse the Judge with lets play the identity game. Little do they know that Courts are not interested in what takes place at that site. It only provides reading material for Plaintiffs. Oh I just must have helped the Plaintiffs somehow with that comment. I understand my not joining the lets play the identity game does some how. The Plaintiffs will go to court and declare that they are right because of my opinion or I don't buy into it. I didn't know my opinion would be a legal arguement. Learn something new everyday. Now he thinks that posts I saved is helping the Providers like I am going to have an Anton Pillar Order served on me for illegal saving of posts that pirate their systems or something like it defeats their encryption. I wonder what's coming next. Why bring it up only to say lets not talk about it anymore. They say that the Plaintiff's star witness Dan Caban admitted recently in testimony under oath that he believed that Steve Rodgers was not Tomico. This is a person that the plaintiffs relied on as their investigator to collect information to get an Anton Pillar Order on Steve Rodgers alleging him to be Tomico. If this is accurate it is unbelievable because then the Plaintiffs would not have given fair and frank disclosure to get the APO order if their lead investigator believes Steve Rodgers was not Tomico. This would guarantee that the challenge by Steve Rodgers to have the APO lifted on him will be a shoe in to be granted that is coming up on Sept 17th according to what I read. But more importantly this testimony by Dan Caban could surely help others to show the Court how inaccurate the Plaintiff's investigation information is and that they do not give fair and frank disclosure to Judges when getting Anton Pillar Orders.



I have asked them to get a copy of this transcript so others could download it and hopefully benifit from it. I have not seen it posted as yet. They say that Tomico is fighting harder then anyone else for the community so it stands to reason that he would get this transcript and post it so others may bring this to their lawyers. The only logical reason for not getting it would be if Dan Caban did not say what Tomico claims he did.




I don't see anyone else in this community helping out or fighting as hard as Tomico is from day one, In his case and all the other cases he is helping on.

June 28- going to court to set a date for contempt sentencing. Something huge will happen this week. bet on it.


Last week of jun first weeks of july will be a huge time for us.



August 28th- I have also heard that there is going to be a major breakthrew this week in the case, I hear that once this evidence is put out B.L.G will not know if there coming or going or how to fight this case.



Did anyone hear what huge event happened end of June first week of July ? he said to bet on it but I personally did not hear anything. Now he said on Aug 28th there was going to be a major breakthrough in the case and I am wondering if that is a delay from the original announcement on June 28th or perhaps that one did not pan out but there is this new one that developed that replaces the original one ? I also hear they have been plaqued with bad lawyers and bad Judges that are associated with the Plaintiff's lawyers so its a bit confusing to me. I know they say think out of the box is the key to success so wondering if I should read some fiction novels.



I also heard the Judge restricted Tomico from posting letting him know he had no Freedom of Expression what so ever all of a sudden. I never heard of that before and wondering if he will be allowed to even testify at his trial if it goes to trial.

The players now have come to light I have been told, and the 2 main players Tomico-in and k-os are both now proven not to be Steve Rodgers just like he stated from day one.



Another announcement. It was proven that Steve Rodgers is not Tomico. I can't wait to read that Court document. I just hope they make that one available since the others not to be seen were probably destroyed in a fire or something. It stands to reason that we should hear shortly that Steve Rodgers and his family are dismissed from the lawsuit. That hearing scheduled for Sept 17th on a motion to have the Anton Pillar Order removed from Steve Rodgers would now seem unnecesarry in lieu that it was proven hes not Tomico like he stated from day one.

Here is the Plaintiff's factum reply. There are two files to read. I personally think that Steve Rodgers will succeed in having himself and Nick Destantis both losing when it could have been only one person since Nick Destantis was only added as a defendant later when he was introduced by Steve Rodgers as being Tomico. The Plaintiffs say they did not know of him when they filed the lawsuit. These are quite the read and there is a comment on the post that was posted here in 2005

In this file it contains an affidavit from another defendant Kris Bouchard in the Tomico case who has settled already. He states in his affidavit that Mike Iannetta who he met in person several times is in fact Steve Rodgers/Tomico. He states that he did the web site designs on mutiples sites for Steve Rodgers/Tomico. It appears that Steve Rodgers created the name Mike Iannetta and that no such person actually exists. I assume then that is why Steve Rodgers was ordered to provide information on Mike Iannetta or be in contempt of court. ?

Theres been no decision posted online yet although not all decisions are posted. They reported on Anton-Pillar on how the days went in Court in their opinion but did not report on how the big day went in court. I believe this was the last day and I can only speculate that it didn't go so well since nothing was reported.

The 4 month would be just for the contempt part in this and it will not have the damages that the Crown and others have incurred from this being dragged out. That will probably come with the civil side of things.

Once Rogers is out from this contempt, he will again be asked to come clean and if he still persists then he will spend a lot more time in the cells. I would think that he will have some time to think this over and yes he will most likely become a canary. So any and all who have ever had anything to do with him should really be making sure they have covered their tracks.

This should by now have shown him that his rope is at an end and there is no holding on anymore, and the frying pan is where he will drop. The consequences of a failed bid to quash an Anton Pillar Motion are very expensive to the people involved and Rogers will now be on the hook for all sides legal costs, which will in effect bankrupt him. But it will nto be over from there. There will be several large fines that bankruptcy can not take away. So for possibly the rest of his life Rogers is going to stay broke. He will not be able to afford rabbit ears let alone satellite tv. So I hope he did a lot of taping movies when he had a chance.

I just do not see where this guy thought he could pull this off and his lawyer should have told him that in the end he would be roasted. But maybe he was listening to others who thought they new better. It seems that the wheels of justice have slowly ground him into hamburger and they will make that double ground if he does not now co-operate. That makes him a very dangerous man. He took this too far and now there will be no deals but complete surrender. As the song goes " know when to hold them, and know when to fold them, know when to walk away and know when to run ".

The fact that the courst have found him in contempt of court, for his in volvement in the Anton Pillar rejection, and have pretty much said his defence is not believable, says voloumes about whether his use of nicknames will be tlerated by the court system anymore. That fact will now have very real terms as in time to be served if he persists down that same road. So I would guess that the names are being looked at by the court as being one ancd the same as Rogers.

As I said this term would be just for the contempt part in this, which was for refusing entry to the sherrifs people carrying out the Anton Pillar Motion. Rogers defence to this, was that he was not he person, and the courts now finding him responsible and being that person, and putting him into contempt, would be just a small issue, that has been settled by the courts.

Rogers and his lawyers will have 4 months time to think about the worthiness of continuing the same tactics when he next appears and it would probably be wise to not go down the same road. But he has not been very wise so far, and will that change now is a big question.

I would think that by all the filings of motions and witnesses, that he would now be trying a different approach, but the windows for that to happen are closing fast, and I would not count on them being open for anything much more then surrendering all things to them.

What has happened so far and the jail sentence really has nothing to do with anything satellite related, and is more of issues he took to play with the courts own systems. One would think that the fact that the courts have now said they find him to be the Rogers in the Anton Pillar and has pretty much dismissed his defence that he is not the person these actions were against, should put a stop to him using that again. But as I said, just because he has now been found to be the person in the criminal courts, it does not mean that it must be also said in civil court, but being the higher bar for criminal evidence was met, you would have to think then that civil would be a given. Lawyers can spin things between the two court systems, but usually only if the higher evidence was not sufficient, not the way this has played out.

As I said, Rogers right now is proabably one of the most dangerous people to have ever been known by anyone. He will probably be looking to use his only real power in all of this and that is to reveal any and all he can, so he can get lighter rulings. If they are any other theories on what he can do, I would be more then willing to hear them.

It is my understanding that Jeremy Corkery AKA NAGRAGUY is helping with steve's appeal, I totally understand his involvement, it is to his best interest to make sure Steve does not sing like a canary, because by doing so, he will implicate Corkz in alot of of wrong doings, that will of course put corkz in contempt OR BETTER STILL ADD TO HIS CONTEMPT.
