This is a hotly litigated case. DTV won a Judgement against this defendant of 500 million in June 2003. The plaintiff in April 2005 filed for Bankruptcy. DTV has so far has been unsuccessfull in legally geting a lien on this defendant's house and ESOP with allegations of Fraud in the bankruptcy regarding the house property belonging to the defendant.
DTV originally lost in seeking liens then made a motion for reconsideration on that decision. That motion was denied then DTV appealed the decision. I think this case is very interesting and I have uploaded various court document on this case. On this post you have the Judgement of 500 million the defendant agreed to in June, 2003 and and the motion brought forth by DTV in July 7, 2005 seeking to intervene in that Bankruptcy the defendant filed.
