An injunction was issued on the 1st of June ordering Lance not to delete or destroy any evidence or sales records. There are some additional binding orders in this injunction. The other order was to report to Dish Network every single sale made in Lance's store from the 1st of June onward.
This was reported on Rom10x. It is a copy and paste and not my words. I understand this to be accurate in that there was an Injunction Order but I don't have the details. The Plaintiffs in their filing were seeking an Interim Injunction or Permanent Injunction. I reported this initially but TDG said I was full of it or something.
I suspect the Injunction Order included the removal of any aiding and abetting materials on the site because the Plaintiffs requested that as part of the Interim Injunction they sought. However Lance claims he has no connection to the site so if correct hes now caught in the middle of either complying with the order and consequently admitting he is connected or sticking with his defense that he is not Paramount. Nothing has changed there on the site so I suspect hes not complying with the order because of his defense claim denying he has any involvement. This could be a problem down the road if it is determined through court discovery process that he is Paramount. Again this is Speculation on my part. If someone lives in Toronto perhaps they could consider to go to the Court House to retrieve the Injunction Order.
