i went there in the past and they ( the police) didnt do anything about it. I gave them all the info i had and what /how he owes me 1500 bucks but nothing never happened. If i had balls i would open up a credit card in his name and go christmas shopping but i just dont have the balls to do it.

The police won't do anything as they will classify it as being a Civil matter unless they believe there was some Criminal intent to commit fraud or theft.

I wonder if as you said his relatives were hiding him out etc., whether you may have had any further news on that front? Also you may well look into all this come the Christmas holiday time as family are together at those times. That way you may even have the chance to get this guy in person. If he is anywhere in the same area as his family he will probably be there for christmas dinner.

I drive by his sisters once in a blue moon, and i sure hope come christmas time i run into him, If i have to and it boils down to it nothing like throwing steel jacks in there driveway to flattin the whole boat load of family cars, time and time again i guess i would get my money back that way.

Well i have an update


I want to thank everyone that helped and tried to help. The cock sucker finally paid me. It only took over a year but some how he opened his eyes and apoligied for him avoiding me all these years.
