Maybe some of you have thoughts on this as I can't figure it out. Blind Scan/TeknoFreak is well known. This person lives in the US no secret. This person was/is a very good friend of CrashOverKill in fact they knew each other before TeknoFreak was TeknoFreak. Its been speculated that TeknoFreak is the third person named as Confidential Informant "C" in that Echo lawsuit since that person and TeknoFreak both are from the same state and besides CrashOverKill has told a few persons privately that TeknoFreak is the remaining Confidential Informant but that doesn't make it so.
But lets says hes not. TeknoFreak appeared on F2atv.com and started a thread there to let everyone know he was not busted. Eventually himself as Blind Scan closed the thread go figure. But heres the point regardless everyone knows he lives in the US and owns/operates a very busy Pirate Echo Hacking site while being involved with some FTA suppliers in some sort of capacity. You can count very strongly that CrashOverKill has told everything he knows about TeknoFreak to Echo even if he wasn't the Confidential Informant "C". So what I don't understand is, is TeknoFreak running that site as part of the Confidential Informant Co-operation ? or is he that bold to send out an invitation come and get me in the US with a potential 100 Million Dollar lawsuit, ( very easy to do ) take away my house and all my assets just come ruin my life why should I care ? Pick your choice.
Not too long ago one of his members posted that his site was hosted in the US. It was but later on it was relocated. Blind Scan posted this on the thread that was soon closed one post later.
So you think being in China or any other country keeps you safe. Well guess what it does not.
Any hosting company that has hosting of any kind in any area of the world that is owner or a providence of the United States of America can have their server taken by law and it is 100% legal no matter what country you try to hide in.
I discovered this some time back looking into a nice overseas hosting company and did some web searching on them only to find that the FBI showed up with a court order to retrive the harddrives. Because the company had hosting offices inside the United States they were legally liable to turn them over and that is what the hosting company did.
In Korea over the last few months CEO's Dealers, and others were arrested for running servers that were used to decrypt North American Tv. Those servers where gotten to.
Great means and measures have been taken to secure this site down to even its TOS. Where we are at would be stupid to tip the hands of fate that would love to know.
Our server logs of ip logons is stored for a whole 10 minutes or so and auto deleted so we don't forget.
Little red button 1 converts all ips to the number 111.111.111.111 just incase plus more things that I will not go into. As far as safe sites go everyone is always at some risk or another but here we reduce that risk to a next zero.
Ok thats all great to know but what about you answering to your members how they are safe with you living in the US very well known nothing new here revealed. You got to be kidding about great means and measures have been taken and you would not be stupid to tip the hands of fate to ones who would love to know, everyone knows. Geez get honest who cares about where the site is hosted Echo sure won't with a lawsuit that includes freezing your assets. Nevermind the FBI showing up with a court order to retrive the hard drives what about them breaking down your door with a search warrant. But to me you know all that and your not that Dumb atleast I don't think so, so exactly what is going on. ?

Now a Mod is going to put their reputation on the line. Atleast you can do is tell that Mod they ought not do that. I have seen this all before and my concern is really for the members who tend to idiolize the owners sometimes without knowing the real danger until its too late.
