Welcome. Did you make a motion to represent yourself to the Court ? I would assume then it was you personally and not a Company because I don't think the Court allows a company to represent themselves in other words they must be represented by a lawyer but I could be wrong on that.




Are there are defendents in the case represented by lawyers ? Is the Anton Piller Order still in efffect. ? or was it changed at all from the original order ?

it was me personally, I have not been called up yet, I was served in July...I was told they have upto 2 years to give me a court date.

Right and he was raided after but my question are you all defendents on the same lawsuit filed by the Plaintiffs ? They can add more defendents to a lawsuit on the same case number or file a new independent case with new defendents in a different action.
