Yes, Quinn thinks nobody can prove anything. When first confronted with the fact that he was listed in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit, his reaction was "The don't have jack."

My guess is EchoStar would have been able to prove their allegations. But now they don't need to. Incidentally, some of their claims against him involve various scams he ran on the satellite community.

I think it is likely that SATSCAMS is going to find it necessary to open a new section of the forum focused on HiTec scams.
