Quinn the reality is you can't give it up. You have ignored any type of truce because you don't want one.


As far as being a loser in Court your the one who settled with DTV with them controlling you and you have a mega US Dollar Default Judgement can't be more of a loser then that.



As far as talking about others Quinn you made it a point to talk about everyone and drag in everyone even if they had nothing to do with you. You made it a point not to talk about having the largest amount of ex admins busted from one site that being yours. Quinn wake up no one cares. If getting a $50 000 fine from the court for selling grey market dsss products makes GS2 a loser, then you Hitec are without question the biggest loser of all time for defaulting on a huge Echostar lawsuit where they sued you for being the self-proclaimed largest Echo 3m dealer in the lower mainland and now they are free to sting you with a nice 250-300 million dollar judgement.

Add to that your pre-emptive settlement with DTV where you approached them to deal, giving them your DB, your server logs and all the info you had on other members of the community.

Yes, without question you are the biggest loser of all time.

I know very little about GS2's Case but this I can tell you. He has contributed countless days weeks and hours to the legal battles of dss and posted information that has helped many with there cases. He is one of the few people in dss that has allways been there and has been a loyal freind as well. GS2 is Good peeps PERIOD
