lots named in dtv bust

looks like crashoverkill was busted i can't copy and paste but lots of dtv site were busted the report is starting to surface on the internet also mr. leaker and adam lackman and Collin Avram was named and probably 20 others. sorry i can't copy and paste but you can see this on freedom fight ca. risestars site or on newbies ....just passing along info...maybe someone can copy and paste from those sites here

OK I was served about 8 months ago and beat it.........Have not tried hiding it and wont. NOW I see this link and laf it looks like MAYBE I be served again. Have I NOPE but I have every confidense if they try again..........Ill win again there is no proof Ive ever owned anything and never will be proof of that. No accounts have been in my name and never will. Hell go look around how many have actually seen me post a file for dtv. So as of right now there is nothing on pacer. There is nothing being released other then this link. Bottom line lets play this out just like anything else and see where it goes. Till then............I suspect just another BS story for trafic. Some how people need to pay the bills and yes site owners have plenty of bills. Selling dish with all the freeware out and the difficulty of use .........Prvt support just dont move........With no dtv shit out.......Trafic is down and advertisers are dropping like fly's..........the only way to get advertisers to pay is to get some seriouse trafic to a site.

you say 8 months ago this report was stamp dated in miami on june 28, 2004. I'm wondering if this is filed and put on the internet before people are served???? could this happen a time gap of filings and servings??? do you know anything about this time gap subject......the general public should learn about this if this gap in fact exists??? I hope you don't take this personal but just looking to help the general public with more info on maybe dtv tactics??

8 months ago was a different case which they have since dropped against Crash. This is a new case which supposebly there is a gag order on hence why it has not appeared on pacer.

yes it can happen.alot of names have appeared on the pacer before they were served then shortly after youll get a visit and youll be served with paper

Is anyone gonna post the case number or all of us gonna assume this bad scan is real? I know SLIP has been named before, but this is just too "cheesey". Most of the names on this list have been posted several times before and should not be anything newsworthy until a case number is provided.

Personally I think That Piece of Paper is a bit of a fraud..Look at the font on both sides...Whoever did it did'nt think to make the 2 fonts identical. Looks kinda fake to me.

Actually, they are legit, they do show on pacer all under seal.
