NCD you make a good point. I guess it just doesn’t matter. If you choose to run your site by being deceptive and make it look like more people are here that what really are that’s fine. Personally I was hoping this was a news site that kept people informed with the latest news. I for one can not believe what I read here knowing that you choose to deceive us right off the bat. Good luck to you I hope you get what you really want from your endeavor here. I may drop in from time to time just for a laugh.

What is deceptive about setting the time out for over 3 hours ? It does not hurt anyone . Its all about marketing. This is a new site and is having a hard time getting people to participate . What better way to try and make people stick around then to give the illusion that the site is busy.

The illusion will only last so long though as people will eventually get tired of logging in to only find a few posts made by the same people .

You remind me of those crusty punk protesters, you know the tree hugger types who block the down town streets to "protest" something just because they think it is so wrong. I actually asked some of them during a protest where they were blocking the hotel entrance where I was staying, asked them what they were protesting about, 4 of them had no clue why they were there!

They were carrying these home made picket signs with nazi symbols and other shit, yet they were protesting the g8 summit meetings. They could not even answer one question I had clearly, then an older person from the media was there, I asked her, Who are these people, they don't even know why they are protesting... The reporter told me, " Well, they are youth looking to belong and they just seek to protest anything that the minority is protesting, the minioruty being the unemployed, welfare collecting, pot smoking bums who are leeches to society"

I found this quite funny comming from a reporter, then I realized what made her come out with such a brutal response...Someone had tossed an egg at her back, she was stained permanantly.

Thank god you are the minority, in this matter, otherwise we would have a scene full of social rejects like yourselves which come from now defunct or almost dead welfare ass dss sites.

Now you are attacking my stories, in case you have not noticed, many sites rip off my news, hell they even rip off the news that I rip off , straight from my site.

I will give you a funny example...

Remember those losers that came here for a while and posted about beloning to some cheap ass site called dsclick?

Well low and behold, they were caught in the realization that a thread that they ripped from NCN that was put on their site actually was very popular and gave their site a boost, it was my story on dishsos. After seeing that the only thing that could possibly bring their dead ass site to life was an article from NCN, they backed off.

I am keeping a dying pirate community alive here, and some people just can't stand that I am doing it all out of my pocket, well, some people are just generous, what can I say?

There are several sites that used our stories, the only one that ever posted that it came from here was NyTech.ca and Maestra.tv thus I respect them for that. I will make sure I do not spam their email lists out of respect as well cause they are respectable sites.
As for the rest of the sites that are only kept alive because of my stories, well fuckem, without the shit I feed to their members, they would have been dead over a month ago.

Just realized something.

I really don't care that you set the timeout high to make it appear the site is busy when it really isn't . But after looging back in and hitting the view new post button I end up missing all the posts that were made from the time I left the site until the time your server logged me off.

I visit several sites and like to see whats new . I do not want to have to search through every forum to find new posts. I believe this is how most people surf sites . By setting your time out so high you are hindering your members viewing pleasure .

You are correct ... that IS the way most of us surf. They couldn't give a flying fat rats ass what we think. There is only 10 or less people in here any way. The only one's they are fooling, are themselves. With all this negitive shit they are pulling and proving it here. They will not be around long anyway. No one will come here to read their lies.
