Yesterday A Judge made it quite clear that a motion to continue a default against an end user has come to an end!
It is funny to see that the Judge actually Wrote "Denied!" in large letters with a pen right across the motion pleadings.
This is a first and I thought that I would pass it on for entertainment purposes for all NCN members.
