ive chatted with the owner of 3moffshore and i dont think he has anything to do with a scam or sting with dave. He seems pretty legit to me...In fact I know hes currently trying to get in touch with Royce to get on here. If he was a scam he would be shying away from here. I dont know how he does it, but perhaps hes found a backdoor into the card to program it. Call it whatever you want...I call it progress! I dont see anyone else moving to develop a p4 3m. I praise the guy for trying and bringing a solution to the testing world. Instead of all these dealers on here throwing stones...try taking out your notepads and learn something.
