Following last year's seizure's that took place in Montreal on the manufacturing/distribution facilities of perhaps the most popular hu unlooper ever sold called the xtreme sureshot along with the red dragon and iso's that all carried the "cyberlabs" label, are due back before the courts this Monday.

The issues at hand seem to be focusing on the search warrants that were executed at several locations on the 12th of December, 2003. There were several computers that were seized but they were all missing hard drives. Court documents state that the accused persons in this matter were asked as to why these computers were missing their hard drives, were told that the computers were never used. Yet the authorities found one computer with it's power light still on and that raised questions as to the validity of the response given. There were also several pages reported to be torn out of a day planner that were never found.

Authorities found about one thousand electronic devices used for satellite piracy hidden in the walls of two different appartments that were raided as a part of the warrants issued in the matter.
Post-it notes stuck to several computers were also gathered with written references to codes and other information used to facilitate piracy.

The Court finds two brothers involved in this raid to be in contempt of court for disobeying court orders and court is set to resume the 22 nd of June 2004, at 14:15 hours.
